Solution
* Epsilon-6 were sent to the location to contain SCP-XXXX and were successful but while SCP-XXXX was in the foundation get bring to his cell a foundation personnel saw SCP-XXXX, The Scientist started to run distracting the guards, giving SCP-XXXX a chance to run to a vent area and hide.
Result: SCP-XXXX hid in the vent since then and personnel can not reach it.

Solution
* The class-D was removed from the vent later that day
