Special Containment Procedures: SCP-9554 is to be kept at Site-██ in a 3x3x3x3 small containment chamber. If SCP-9554 is no longer in its containment chamber, it is to be taken back to containment and re-contained immediately. Going more than 1 meter close to SCP-9554 will result in the person being convinced to hold the pen, and stab himself.
