Data release to the foundation staff was allowed by higher ups.
Description:
Scp-9644 is was a highly inteligent being, one of few SCPs the foundation created. The humanoid could find any infomation from the past and bring what happened to the present at 1 cost. The death of something dear to them (this could be exploited by saying someone they hated).
Backstory:
The scp was created at the dawn of the foundation in 1952 when a newly found red-charred rock and a humanoid doll where melted together into making a little child-like humanoid that could tell you anything from the past with certainty, however in 1960 it started asking for someone to kill for the infomation release, if you refused he wouldnt give you the information you wanted, if you did it 55.5 times (he killed you in the middle of it) (we tried that, yes.) He would stab you to death with anything he could find, even if there was nothing in the room he will always find a way.

The scp was recently transported to site 14A for testing, the scp seems to start to be destroyed and corrode from the test with [data expunged] 106 the Scp has gone into a break down and is staying in a half corroded- half alive state thefore the PARTLY terminated classification only found on the 9644 series again made by the foundation.. recent tests on 096 shows that 096 seems to not care formthe mess of an SCP it is.. later updates on the 05/11/98 next year

SCP 9644 seems to be mutanting… i dont know what to write.. its OH MY GOD?! Yes… We got 9644 seeming OH MY GO- ITS A FRICKING! ITS A BABY F-. Voice recording cut short and picked up:

This inciddent is now known as incident KS2B, other inciddents are more severe like KS2A and KS3B now there os more friendly ones named NK[number] A-E like NK5E and NK54SB0 the longest and worst of the 'safe' or 'no kills' inciddent
