and has to reason what so ever to leave the containment cell, only level 3 personnel and higher are allowed to do tests on SCP 98764
Description: SCP 98764 appears to be a regular paper clip, functioning as a regular paper clip, but after touching it, it will cause a bit of pain, after 30 minutes it will cause severe pain, anxiety and in some cases death. SCP 98764 was discovered in Norway in 1995, and was brought to site ██ in 2001 after a huge a outbreak of anxiety in northern Norway (This is obviously made up). Maximum time holding paper clip: 1 - 30 minutes (See addendum 98764 - 1)
