Special Containment Procedures: SCP-9999 is a glass filled with unknown water looking like fluid, it has bacteria in it that can kill humans. SCP-9999 is contained at Site-00.The first symptoms of those bacteria are : Diarrhea , Blurry Vision , Heat Stroke and Thirst. If those who drink the SCP don't get medication care , their brain cells will start to die one by one, their hearts will start to beat slower which will cause the blood to move slower through the body and soon they'll die.
