Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be put in a 5 by 5 centimeter stainless steel cube that is 20 centimeters (Half Meter) at all times, being airtight and cooled to -50° Fahrenheit in another 2 by 2 by 2 meter steel room cooled at -20° Fahrenheit. If above -10°F, SCP-XXXX will start to shred through.
Description: SCP-XXXX takes the shape of a polychaete worm known as Alvinella Pompejana. An approximation of length is 2 centimeters long and has fuzz on it referred to, “The Blood Plague,” or as SCP-XXXX-P. SCP-XXXX moves at 0.2 inches a second, but can float through air at 32mph. Keeping SCP-XXXX in an airtight steel box restrains it from flying, making means of breechers less probable. SCP-XXXX also is seen to have razor sharp titanium teeth that can cut through many solid material.
When SCP-XXXX bites an entity, SCP-XXXX-P is transferred to the skin and in the blood stream, where it will kill any organism it finds. The first points of impact is the digestive tract, working its way into the lungs, heart, arms, and finally brain. Test subject are reported to be screaming in agony, pleading for the pain to stop. After just 5 minutes of exposure, the test subject loses consciousness. At 7 minutes after the bite, blood leaks from the ears, mouth, and any other exit points of the body. After 1 last minute and the body is declared dead and all instances of SCP-XXXX-1 on the body start to disappear, before only being found on SCP-XXXX.
SCP-XXXX was found at Site █, killing ██ scientists, █ guards, and ███ other faculty. Once contained in an empty containment room, Site █ staff knocked out SCP-XXXX using 48kHz sound waves, where it was located to Area-02. SCP-XXXX can generate SCP-XXXX Ps in seconds, although once knocked out stops production. Examination of SCP-XXXX P is impossible however, as they die too quickly to gather any impactful data.
SCP-XXXX was recently found with another SCP-XXXX, resulting in the naming of SCP-XXXX-2 with SCP-XXXX-1. SCP-XXXX-2 is found to have no teeth and has a less lethal version of SCP-XXXX-P which only makes subjects lose consciousness in 3 minutes and is not recorded to induce any pain, where it goes through the mouth to the brain and inducing sleep. SCP-XXXX-2 is referred as female and SCP-XXXX-1 as male. It was once found mating with SCP-XXXX-1 through sticking together and transferring SCP-XXXX-Ps. Later, a smaller SCP-XXXX was found, but was terminated by using high frequencies to where adult SCP-XXXXs are knocked out at.
Addendum: A new female SCP-XXXX was made used for examination in Dr. ████████ ‘s office in a fish tank filled with water, where it was named Lina. It is recorded as being 1.1 centimeters long and is continued to be studied and kept as a “pet”.
