Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be contained in a 3m x 3 steel vault contained in a 5m x 5 concrete containment chamber equipped with a reinforced steel door fitted with a electronic locking mechanism and it is to be kept under camera surveillance constantly. Any staff requesting access to SCP-XXXX are to be denied unless given written approval from 1 level-4 Site Administrator.

Description:SCP-XXXX appears to be a red vintage book holding no title or anything written inside. SCP-XXXX contains approximately 200 vintage pages. Upon examination during tests when describing an object by writing inside of SCP-XXXX on any page the object will have a chance of appearing 1m in front of SCP-XXXX. Any object larger then SCP-XXXX itself will not appear but there appears to be no limit yet of what SCP-XXXX can create. SCP-XXXX will accept any writing material but after the object has appeared the writing will fade into the pages if the object does not appear within a minute the writing disappears. SCP-XXXX can not create anything living or once alive. When writing a persons name into SCP-XXXX the person will under go migraines for the next 12 hours then disappear from the facility and any where in known existence.
