SCP-████ is to be under constant surveillance, a team on stand by is to detain and escort out any trespassers. Any detected SCP-████-1 are to be detained and tested upon. Any produced SCP-████-2 are to be disposed of.
Description:
SCP-████ appears to be a standard industrial external staircase, made from steel with steel railings. If a group of people starts ascending the stairs, one of them is determined to trip, they are designated SCP-████-1. If anyone within the group begins laughing everyone in the current group begins uncontrollably laughing until the source has stopped.
When all intelligent beings lose eyesight of SCP-████-1, their skin turn pitch black as well as their hair, eyes, clothing and anything else they happen to be wearing. Further testing is required to prove any other anomalous properties. If SCP-████-1 returns to SCP-████ their skin appears to fall off and they turn to normal. Fallen skin is classified SCP-████-2.
SCP-████-2 after 24 minutes of being produced turns into a liquid, anyone who consumes the liquid immediately becomes unconscious. If they are forcibly woken up they will die, autopsy reports have discovered that all of their organs go missing. If such subjects wake up on their own they report nothing special happening without recalling memories of ever consuming SCP-████-2.
