Special Containment Procedures: SCP-9921 is to be contained in a 25 x 25 x 25 meter observation cell, with the walls consisting of reinforced titanium. SCP-9921 containment chamber has a forest looking environment, full of wildlife, including a cave that has a strong stench of death. The forest environment has to be maintained atleast 4 times a day, to make sure that it is sane. When entering SCP-9921 there should only be 4 Class-D personal allowed to enter, the door being locked tight behind them instantly. When Class-D enter, they are to be told not to mention the environment. Any other conversations other than orders from the the testers are strictly prohibited unless told by O5-██.
If anyone were to breach protocol during a test, a Code Black Lockdown is to be initiated, as it would start to tear apart the containment cell, and anyone inside of it, it also would attempt to breach containment. If it successfully breaches the facilities main gate, it could trigger a XK class scenario, as it would become enranged it is not in a forest, and start to tear people in the streets apart.
The way to keep it's containment cell correctly handled, a list is posted before entering the titanium door.
- The trees must be kept trimmed atleast 4 feet away from the entities main spot to stand.
- The grass must be trimmed before it reaches 20 inches.
- The cave MUST be kept cleaned on the inside. (It must be cleaned with anti-bacterial materials)
Description: SCP-9921 claims to be a human entity, although it's body structure resembles that of SCP-096 with a sense of it's surrounding. However, his skin, looks as if it were a cloud, showing no possibility of a digestive system. This being said, it is unwise to talk to the SCP, as it can violently lunge at anybody in the room. The reason for this is that once it begins to pound its feet against the forest floor, the Class-D inside of the cell would start to feel faint, and sometimes pass out without any explanation. currently contained at Site-██.
SCP-9921 has a huge interest in SCP-096. Reason for this is that they seem to be from the same type of structure, although completely different. It is said that it has this attachment because of a substance that oozes out of his mouth.. Due to the request of O5 command, it is forbidden that these two Keter-Designated SCP's never come in contact, as it would be a world destruction scenario.
SCP-9921-1 is a "human" that resembles a doctor, although it has no face, nor a medical degree. If a Class-D is to make visual contact with this being, it would lunge at the person who saw it's face, and start to dismember them.
