Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX must be contained in a soundproofed standard humanoid containment chamber in Site 19, in Containment Sector ██, always kept under watch by 2 guards. He must be fed 3 times per day and (if request) he can be escorted to the containment chamber toilet 2 times per day. Personnel must have security clearance level 3 to access SCP-XXXX. The subject’s free to interact and talk with Site personnel that enters in its containment chamber.

SCP-XXXX must be contained within a 5 by 5 by 5 m containment chamber made of SCP 148 and reinforced steel, in Site ██. SCP-XXXX must be fed via flebo and must always be bounded to a stretcher. No personnel (except Class D personnel for experiments) must enter in SCP-XXXX containment chamber without wearing an headgear made of SCP-148. Personnel must have security clearance level 4 to interact with SCP-XXXX. Every containment breach related to SCP-XXXX must be reported to MTF Alpha-1. If SCP-XXXX breaches containment will be declared CODE:SUPERBLUE-Priority:A.
Personnel who's assigned to SCP-XXXX must ignore every vocalization of the subject. Psychologists are weekly assigned to SCP-XXXX in order to check its mental sanity.
Description: SCP-XXXX is a 17 years old caucasian male 1,82 m tall. There aren’t any traces of documents related to the creature. The DNA test has shown a relation with █████ █ ████: the subject's been terminated. SCP-XXXX is able to hear people voices within 15 km, being able to listen, when contained, to Dr. Paul talking about SCP-668: further analysis have demonstrated that SCP-XXXX's tympanums have a standard physiology; that means that his sensitive abilities aren’t related to his physical structure. Experiment have demonstrated he cannot hear animal verses. IQ test has demonstrated that SCP-XXXX has an IQ level of ███ (the highest score ever documented by the Foundation). Antidepressants must be administered 2 times a week.

SCP-XXXX is able to use telepathy within 15 km and can manipulate people’s mind within ██ km: major researcher Kile took those informations from Incident-XXXX-A but we’re not sure that those datas are scientifically correct, in fact this phenomena isn’t been verified by experiment yet. Experiments have demonstrated that SCP-XXXX can only use his abilities on humans being, so Dr. Klein can’t be controlled by SCP-XXXX and can (if authorized) terminate SCP-XXXX. Due to Incident-XXXX-A, Researcher Diaz thinks that SCP-XXXX is able to increase other anomalies psychic abilities, even though Dr. Paul theorize that he could just stimulate the production of dopamine and CK in human organism, changing the subjects humor. IQ test has demonstrated that SCP-XXXX has an IQ level of ███ (the highest score ever documented by the Foundation). When SCP-XXXX was contained in Site ██ his humor has drastically changed: it's reported the subject screaming and crying daily, and the psychologists have determined that SCP-XXXX had a mental breakdown.

Note: Doctor Paul, I think that a kid bounded to stretcher, trapped in a chamber, unable to move in any way, is already too cruel. Furthermore his abilities are quite similar to the ones of SCP-4213 which is contained in a much less strict way. Therefore I think that he could be useful to the Foundation due his incredible abilities. So your request to terminate SCP-XXXX is denied.

Addendum XXXX-1: SCP-XXXX was obtained in ████, Italy. SCP-XXXX was stalking Agent Micheal and writing on a notebook every information that Agent Micheal was sharing with Agent Mark. When Agent Micheal discovered what was SCP-XXXX doing he took him in custody. Then SCP-XXXX was brought to Site 19 and contained.

When I entered in SCP-668 containment locker I was escorted by 3 guards. Suddenly I couldn’t no more control my body. I was only able to see where my eyes were moving. Note: The researchers and Site Research Manager ███████ ████████ are not talking nor moving during this audio/video log. They were too under the effects of SCP-XXXX. That can explain why the researchers haven't followed the protocol.
Note: We don’t know how the Class-Ds managed to escape from their cells neither how SCP-XXXX knew where they were. We analyzed Security Footage in Corridor-4L Room-███ (the 3rd Class-D cells Control Room ) and the Security Personnel stick to the evacuation protocol GRAY and leave the Area, so is currently unknown how the Class-Ds left their cells

Dr.Paul: No. During this containment breach he knocked out 7 MTF soldiers, took control over one Mobile Task Force, made flee 6 Class Ds that we still haven’t found and when had the chance to flee he returned to one SCP Foundation's Facility. I’m sure that he has a plan and sooner or later he will act, and the O5s will finally open their eyes. He has reason to be here that we can’t figure out yet. He already knew the Foundation before being contained, and I’m sure he won’t stop until he reaches his goals.
