Scp-██-
Object Class: Keter
Special Containment Procedures- SCP-██ is to kept in a Class B containment cell and monitored at all times. Subject is to be granted access to reasonable objects approved by at least two Level 4 staff members. Subject is not to have access to any living organism aside from non-sentient plants and or bacteria. Subject may only exit cell or come into contact with living entities in the event of testing by Dr. Bluhd or another doctor approved by the O5 council. Hallways and corridors adjacent to chamber will be monitored at all times and all computers or files that have any information on the physical description of other SCP’s, photographic or descriptive, must be removed when not in use. SCP-██ is a member of Security Squad Omicron-6 “Headhunter,” and therefore SCP-██ will receive weekly combat training by Sergeant ██.
SCP-██ is to be kept in a glass polymer 4m x 4m x 4m containment cell suspended three feet from any surface. All ventilations and or entrances must be sealed and monitored. Subject is to have cameras mounted facing each exterior face of containment cell and facing each corner. In instances of a containment breach, steel platforms held behind adjacent second layer walls will be moved to reinforce containment cell. Air vents will then release liquid nitrogen into containment cell. Liquid nitrogen will then be drained and cell will remain at -75° Fahrenheit (See Addendum ██-01) regardless of SCP-██’s wishes. In the event that SCP-██ breaches containment or acts in a suspicious manner all personnel are required to take a blood test, or in time constrained scenarios, open a wound in their flesh. Subject is prohibited from being transferred with other anomalous objects.
Description- When in standard form SCP-██ resembles a human of varying height, weight, age, and skin tone. SCP-██ most commonly resembles a male aged █ of Caucasian descent, with brown hair and brown eyes. SCP-██ has a single abnormal trait in that instead of human blood all forms of SCP-██ leak a viscous substance similar to tar. SCP-██ retains the ability to alter all elements of its visible and physical form. SCP-██ can perfectly form into any object or entity it comes into physical contact with. (See Addendum ██-02). When SCP-██ is in between transformations any body mass transforming will become a viscous black substance. (See Addendum ██-03). SCP-██’s transformations are not limited to size, density, or mass. Subject does not need sustenance or oxygen but has expressed that it still prefers it retain these privileges.
Recovery Log- SCP-██ was recovered in ████ after Mobile Task Force Omega-7 investigated rumors of anomalous occurrences at the site of the nuclear generator failure in the town of █████. SCP-██ successfully terminated all squad members save SCP-076 and managed to stop SCP-076’s attacks for four hours before submitting and being taken to Site-█.
Addendum-01: Subject has shown to be unable to change forms in temperatures under -70°, new containment measures implemented.
Addendum-02: During containment breach subject came into contact with and restrained SCP-096. Subjects transformation works in the way of a picture, in that SCP-096 will be alerted if looked at. Other anomalous properties unknown. New containment measures implemented.
Addendum-03: During tests by Dr. Bluhd on samples of the subjects body mass, personnel discovered that when exposed to electricity beyond 120 volts the substance will react by transforming into a random object or changing properties. Results were
•Sample bubbled and turned green
•Sample solidified and expanded three fold
•Sample turned into a 20█ American Georgian penny
•Sample expanded and flattened into a paper with unintelligible symbols and writing.
•Sample transformed into a projectile similar to a .45 ACP round. Later when fired sample effectively mimicked exact behavior of round.
Addendum-04: In a test by Dr. Bluhd it was discovered that if a sample of SCP-██ was injected into an open wound the wound would transition through five stages.
•Fluid believed to be the sample substance will flow out from the edges of the wound and seal it.
•Fluid would harden and scab over in a manner similar to if subject had healed over naturally.
•Substance will fall off of wound after minutes.
•Wound will have vanished and skin will be healed.
•After 3-5 weeks of perfect health, subjects skin will darken and subject will begin sweating heavily. In the weeks after subject will start showing signs of mania and compulsiveness, followed by extreme anger. Subject will then enter a comatose state, thus far believed to be incurable, and after some time, die.
Phycological Evaluation: SCP-██, has a fully functioning mind, however, not a brain. ██, who calls himself [REDACTED], has all the mental capabilities of a human, with some small differences. [REDACTED] has shown no fear, no sadness, and little amounts of anger. Subject does not have any desire to kill, but shows no qualms with doing so.
Subject shows little to no signs of sociopathic or psychopathic tendencies, and when given a Rorschach test, results varied, though most answers were neither negative nor positive.
Subject has grown close with Dr. Bluhd’s assistant, Cleo. Their relationship seems to be healthy and mature, though Dr. Bluhd does not seem to approve. The O5 council has been notified of this and permission to continue the relationship is pending.
Update: Subjects acts in the most recent incident were surprising and ██ showed no previous signs of mental instability.
SCP-██ has distanced himself since the incident and has been particularly distant from Dr. Bluhd.
After terminating Dr. Bluhd’s assistant Cleo, ██ returned to containment with no protests. Attempts to administer a Rorschach test have been met with violence thus leading to indeterminate results.
Subject has begun to have violent outbursts and will be suspended from any organization tasks or missions. In the event of an excessively violent outburst subject is to be injected with liquid nitrogen and returned to standard living chambers or to a temporary Class A containment cell.
Interview Transcript
Date: 8/23/20██
Dr. Bluhd: SCP-██, are you listening to me?
SCP-██: Yes, I’m listening doctor. (Subject leans forward) What do you want?
Dr. Bluhd: Do you mind if I just call you ██?
SCP-██: Go for it. (Subject shows minor disdain with the doctor.)
Dr. Bluhd: Alright ██. Do you know why I’m here?
SCP-██: You’re angry about my escape.
Dr. Bluhd: I wouldn’t use the term angry. We were…(Doctor pauses and scratches his chin) disappointed. Why did you try to escape?
SCP-██: You need to ask? You’ve locked me in a cell for years with nothing to do. Did you expect me to just stay here?
Dr. Bluhd: You’re being contained for your safety.
SCP-██: My safety? I could take out all the security personnel in this place before anyone could touch me. What would the outside world do?
Dr. Bluhd: I’m going to ignore that. Can we talk about your means of escaping?
SCP-██: What about them?
Dr. Bluhd: You weren’t heading for the site entrance. Where were you going?
SCP-██: Maintenance room.
Dr. Bluhd: Why the maintenance room?
SCP-██: Vents. Fastest way to travel here.
Dr. Bluhd: I see. And the security personnel you attacked?
SCP-██: I didn’t attack them. They attacked me.
Dr. Bluhd: They did their job. You attempted an escape and they attempted to prevent it.
SCP-██: I wanted to leave. They got in my way.
Dr. Bluhd: They’re all in the hospital five. They all have severe wounds. You’re fine with this?
SCP-██: They didn’t die.
Dr. Bluhd: (The Doctor raises his voice) That doesn’t make a difference! You broke Captain ████’s spine! He might never move again! And what about Cleo?
(Subject remains silent for some time.)
SCP-██: (Standing up) That’s enough for the day. I’m tired.
Dr. Bluhd: (Now calm) I agree. We’ll continue this at a later date. (Away from microphone.) Could we get somebody to bring ██ to containment?
[END LOG]
Interviewers note:
SCP-██’s careless attitude was charming before but this is different. I suggest we move swiftly and upgrade him to Keter class. He’s a killer.
Subject Updated to Keter class by decision of the O5 council.
Incident Report:
SCP-██ breached containment on ████. Subject transformed a small amount of mass from right hand into a functioning miniature Tomahawk Land Attack Missile. Subject fired missile at containment cell door and exited containment. Subject then made his way north, away from primary site exit.
SCP-██ came into contact with security personnel in the site café and caused five casualties. Subject moved east and [REDACTED]. The result was the termination of Dr. Bluhd’s assistant Cleo. Subject was found and apprehended cradling her corpse. Autopsy revealed cause of death to be asphyxiation.
