The room has to have comics and drawing paper at all times. Have a nice well lit light, and the light has to be turned off from 7pm to 5am.

Description: SCP-FROGCAT is a creature that looks like a human but acts like a cat. It's appearance looks completely black and wears blue butterfly shorts. It will almost never sleep and will never be sad. When bored, SCP-FROGCAT can turn completely invisible. When in that state, SCP-FROGCAT can go through walls made out of oak wood.
