Just idea
Name: Night by night,dream by dream

This is the idea of an SCP that doesn't manifest in a physical way. This SCP only appears in certain photos.After you see him in a photo,he will manifest in the real world,at least for you as you're the only one who can see him or hear him.He will appear in different shapes of mans with the same voice until he gets in your dreams,turning them into nightmares and finally ending up with the suicide of the person.
