SCP idea (dumb probably) v3

Just idea
Name: Night by night,dream by dream

This is the idea of an SCP that doesn't manifest in a physical way. This SCP only appears in certain photos and is mostly targeting persons that have lost loved one.After you see him in a photo,he will manifest in the real world,at least for you as you're the only one who can see him,hear or talk to it.He will appear in different shapes of a loved person in your life that you lost.The person targeted by this SCP will be considered mad by other persons. However as he sneaks in your life,your belief in him will get him into a form that has actual effect in the real life, ultimately ending his victim by either strangulation or stabbing them leaving a note written in blood.
