Item # : SCP-5041
Object Class: Euclid
Description: SCP-5041 or "Kenneth" as it prefers to be called appears as an aggressive human male with its skin color that has been seen to always changes. SCP-5041 always speaks in third person and has an ability to persuade people to his cause resulting in the death of [DATA EXPUNGED].
SCP-5041 was found on a small island near the coast of [Redacted] when reports were heard of a male that spoke oddly and fought a small war against the army of [DATA EXPUNGED] by itself in the defense of a small group of rocks that was dubbed "Rockmania". SCP-5041 was then approached by multiple agents that was able to passify SCP-5041 by agreeing to live under the "Rule" of it.
SCP-5041 has also been seen to chant "Chaos reigns" and "Rockmania lives" repeatedly for at least 5 times in a row. The Foundation has classified this chanting as an auditory Cognitohazard which means that the chanting can only affect individuals listening to it rather than seeing it written down even by the Object itself. Any personnel within SCP-5041's vicinity will get affected by an extreme cognitohazardous memetic agent. This effect will be classified as SCP-5041-1 from now on. All personnel affected by SCP-5041-1 will act hostile and will try to protect SCP-5041 from any subjects attempting to neutralize it.
Special containment procedures: Foundation personnel need to act as if Kenneth is their leader in a fictional nation called Rockmania. They are to do as he asks no matter what it is while trying to keep him contained on the small island he believes makes up his nation. If this containment protocol is breached Kenneth may cause a ███ level event, when this happens it is almost impossible to stop him. Because of this, Foundation policy is to keep him satisfied.
Powerful Cognitohazardous Memetic Agent filters that filters out cognitohazardous audio from SCP-5041 has also proven to be unsuccessful at completing it's task even with Foundation's most advanced filtering technology yet.
Containment breach/recontainment procedures: SCP-5041's effective containment procedures are unknown due to the amounts of successful escape attempts the Object has done over the past years.1
