Special Containment Procedures: SPC-XXXX should be contained in a soundproof box in a 5x5x10 meter room. The walls should be covered in a acoustic foam. The box should be on a square table should be located in the middle of the room. Concrete walls that are 1 foot thick should around a 20 mile radius of the room. The hallway from the entrance to exit should have two lanes for a vehicle. A vehicle should be kept in the hallway. No personal below level 2 are permitted to access without permission. SCP-XXXX is located at site-██.
Description: SCP-XXXX is a microphone branded with a label saying “PCS”. There is no brand connected to this name. This microphone records whatever sound it picks up and broadcasts the sound in exactly 20 mile radius. There is no way to stop SCP-XXXX from broadcasting.
When trying to open the battery cover, it was found to be unremovable. The source of power to SCP-XXXX is unknown.
Location Found: SCP-XXXX was found at a concert in ██████, when people who hadn’t even entered the concert could hear the music like they were there. People reported they heard the music from 10 miles to 20 miles.Agent ████ was sent to investigate. When agent ████ arrived, Mr.██████ who held the concert was nowhere to be found, and was reported missing after █ weeks. SCP-XXXX was located on a table backstage. Details: Dr.████ reported at 20 miles away that he could not hear the microphone anymore.

Procedure: D/45834/1 was escorted on a ████ to SCP-XXXX, and then enter the room. He picked up SCP-XXXX, and was told to start talking about cubes. D/45983/2 was informed to enter the hallway through the door, but to stay near the door and to then listen.
Details:
D/45983/2 reported to be able to hear D/45834/1 from where they were located.

Subject: D-class personnel D/48795/4, and D/49283/5
Procedure: D/48795/3, was escorted on a ███ to SCP-XXXX, and then enter the room. He picked up SCP-XXXX, and was told to start talking about Triangles. D/49283/4 was told to step inside the hallway, listen for 20 seconds, and then step outside the hallway.
Details:
D/49283/4 heard D/48795/3 when inside the hallway, but then when stepping out of the hallway did not hear D/48795/3.
