SCP Museum - Simulation024

Special Containment Procedures: As SCP-XXXX is located within a densely populated city, any media found to be advertising SCP-XXXX, dubbed SCP-XXXX-1, is to immediately be removed at any cost. Members of MTF Psi-24 ("Tourists Are the Worst") are to maintain a constant patrol within a 50 mile radius to record and remove instances of SCP-XXXX-1. In order to prevent instances of SCP-XXXX-1, SCP-XXXX is to have upwards of 300,000 visitors annually.

The perimeter of Site-114 is to be surrounded with chain-link fencing, topped with razor-wire, and is to be under constant surveillance by both security cameras and MTF Psi-24. The entirety of SCP-XXXX is to be covered with weighed down and secured plastic tarps, as well as any windows into the building boarded with plywood, in order to prevent onlookers from seeing within. Any trespassers are to be removed from the site as quickly as possible, with any who reach SCP-XXXX's interior administered Class-C amnestics.

Description: SCP-XXXX is a large museum dedicated to the SCP Foundation, located within a 5.5 million square foot area1 of the densely populated city of Columbus, Ohio. It is currently being used by the Foundation as an "introduction" to the Foundation for potential new staff, as well as prospective donors. SCP-XXXX is split into three separate buildings designated SCP-XXXX-A, -B, and -C respectively. How SCP-XXXX came into existence is currently unknown, though its original purpose seemed to be to educate the general public on both the Foundation and a large number of different SCPs currently contained by the SCP Foundation in the event of a Broken Masquerade.

<Needs fixing:> Should there be a period of time where the buildings have no visitors that are not assigned to Site-114, as these members are considered the museum's staff members, instances in the form of billboards, posters, and coupons advertising SCP-XXXX will manifest within a 50 mile radius around the Site. These are referred to as "SCP-XXXX-1", and are to be removed immediately at all costs. Any and all civilians who had been in the area are to be tracked and questioned casually. If they reveal they had seen the advertisement, Class-A Amnestics are to be administered. It has been discovered that providing SCP-XXXX with a steady flow of visitors prevents the manifestation of SCP-XXXX-1 instances, with the safest number resting at ~300,000 visitors annually. Any Foundation staff on assignment in the American Midwest are highly encouraged to visit during off-times or between assignments.

SCP-XXXX-A houses a large number of anomalous objects, as well as the main lobby and an attached gift shop. Displayed in the main lobby are various uniforms used by the Foundation, flags displaying the symbols used to designate the multiple different sections of the foundation. Vehicles used by MTF Units are also on display, with a Foundation helicopter hanging from the ceiling. Past the main lobby, SCP-XXXX-A displays many different neutralized SCPs, all of which are still actively contained within Foundation custody2. Testing has revealed nearly all physical representations of the SCPs are nearly identical to their currently contained counterparts. These instances have been labeled as "Display".3 A compendium of entities that can or have appeared within SCP-XXXX-A, and differences between it and its original counterpart, has been included in Subsection XXXX-A below.

SCP-XXXX-B is the smallest of the three buildings, with different sections dedicated to each of the subdivisions of the Foundation. It is the least anomalous and most resembles an ordinary science museum, with many of the provided displays acting as interactive entertainment for visitors. Many of the displays are child-friendly, and worded in ways that a grade-schooler would easily understand. Should annual projections fail to reach the required amount, it has been authorized to invite local schools to be guided through SCP-XXXX-B to raise the visitor count before administering Class-A to the group.

-SCP-XXXX-C information is limited to Site-114 staff.- (Find a way to put this into a collapsible that looks good)
SCP-XXXX-C contains a highly realistic simulation of a high threat containment breach. During the simulation, the group of 5-25 visitors must evade several high-risk SCPs that have breached containment in order to escape or discover a method of re-containment for the escaped entities. The danger is very real, as any of the entities within the simulation capable of causing damage very much can. Any damage done to visitors is very real, and can result in the visitor's expiration. However, due to SCP-XXXX-C's primary anomalous trait, should a Subject expire within the simulation they are promptly and anomalously returned to the initial room of the building where they can either wait out the rest of the simulation by observing through various provided cameras or exit to re-enter the museum.
