Says to be originally from the Wanderer's Library, before that is unknown. Stands at exactly 2 meters tall and weighs about 39 kilograms. It is a Non-human entity resembling a gray skinned and hairless lean primate, with the exception of an additional set of arms with an elephants head proportional to its body.
Meditates for __ hours a day and enters a trance that SCP-#### has referred to as his "recharging state or the like"
SCP-####'s powers manifest during a one on one meditation session between SCP-#### and a non-Buddhist individual who will be referred to from here on as SCP-####-1. At some point between the 15-20 minute mark, by following the recitation of SCP-####'s mantras, SCP-#### transforms into someone who SCP-####-1 has had a strong emotional relationship with in the past and is now deceased. This usually manifests in the form of a parent, guardian, friend, or former lover. In certain cases though relationships such as former abusers, rapists, and even enemy combatants. This transformation can only be seen by SCP-####-1. To all other observers SCP-#### maintains its original appearance.
Accompanying this transformation, depending on their relationship to the apparition, SCP-####-1 will have clear increases in any emotional reactions. This is begun by SCP-#### speaking a set of unintelligible words that is believed to be spoken Sanskrit, which in turn is understood by SCP-####-1 to be the apparition saying words related to their relationship.
