Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX-1 and SCP-XXXX-2 is to be contained in a crate in Storeroom 3456 at Site ██. Personnel level 4 or higher are allowed to use SCP-XXXX-1 and SCP-XXXX-2 if necessary.
Description: SCP-XXX-1 is an animation table which resembles the ones used in the 1940's. SCP-XXXX-1 doesn't have any abnormal appearance except a sentence engraved on the front of the table that says "Dreams come true here". SCP-XXXX-2 is an ink pen that resembles pens used during the 1940s. SCP-XXXX-2 has a sentence engraved on it that says "Dreams are made with this".
SCP-XXXX-1's and SCP-XXXX-2' abnormal properties become apparent when a person puts a piece of paper on SCP-XXXX-1 and draws on it with SCP-XXXX-2, after which the subject will draw a high-quality drawing of the character of which character comes to mind, regardless of the subjects artistic capabilities. After the subject is finished drawing on SCP-XXXX, approximately 1 minute after drawing the character, the drawing comes to life. These entities are classified as SCP-XXXX-3.
SCP-XXXX-3 instances personalities change depending on the character the drawer wanted it to be or what the SCP-XXXX-3 instance is based off. SCP-XXXX-3 can interact with the environment, similar to how SCP-085 interacts with its environment, only SCP-XXXX-3 instances have more control over the environment than the latter, able to interact by using objects, places, and making contact with drawn people, which will become an SCP-XXXX-3 instance if contact is made.
