Due to the nature of SCP-USA-J there is to be constant monitoring of SCP-USA-J’s cell. And personnel monitoring the cell must alert each other before blinking as failing to do so may cause the reanimation SCP-USA-J which will most likely cause a containment breach

Description: SCP-USA-J is a white male of what is estimated to be 45 years of age. He says his mission to cleanse the earth of non-Americans. This mission giver is unknown. SCP-USA-J has incredible strength and has breached containment on multiple occasions. So far SCP-USA-J has killed over 300 foundation staff. Blood tests reveal that his heritage is all american but no mother or father has been identified as of [REDACTED]. Anyone of non pure american blood that is placed in SCP-USA-J´s containment cell is immediately killed by SCP-USA-J. SCP-USA-J has an innate sense of the subject's heritage and no pure american has been identified other than SCP-USA-J. SCP-USA-J is mortal and will go down as easily as any other human but SCP-XXX will regenerate when out of sight. If SCP-USA-J breaches containment re containment is considered an Alpha level priority for SCP-XXX has the potential to be apollyon.
