Special Containment Procedures: Containment of SCP-WWWW is currently infeasible, given its unpredictable and volatile nature. However, ongoing efforts to amnesticize individuals who have been affected by SCP-WWWW have proved successful and should continue until permanent long-term containment is possible.

Description: SCP-WWWW is a phenomenon that occurs annually, and lasts for the duration of the month of October. Although SCP-WWWW has minor variations every time it occurs1, the timeline of events remains more or less the same.

SCP-WWWW-1 is a bipedal humanoid entity that is approximately 3 meters in height, with a head resembling a plant of the Cucurbitaceae family. Numerous observations show that it is a sentient and possibly sapient being capable of rudimentary emotions.

No connections have been made between SCP-WWWW and any outside group or person of interest, but it is known that an organization called the "Charleston People's Troublemaking Coalition" is currently in possession of several documents relating to the phenomenon and the entities associated with it.
