Item #: SCP-XX
Object Class: Euclid
Special Containment Procedures:
SCP-XX is to be kept in a 5x5x5 glass structure with night-vision lamps casting inside at all times. In the event of one to break, SCP-XX is to be lured by Class-D personnel to a corner whilst E&T fix the broken lamp. No lamps are to be stepped infront of or obstructed. After a containment breach (See Incident A-1), O5-█ Ordered for a new containment Zone to be created with more lamps and a multi-airlock system to avoid it getting too far. Only Class-D are to enter its OCZ apart from O5+ and E&T. If any dis-repair is to occur, E&T are to be escorted with the correct equipment (A bulb or glass-seal) and a temporary Class-D is to lure it to the opposite side/corner whilst repairs are being conducted to avoid a containment breach or E&T personnel to be harmed.
Description:
SCP-XX is a cloud of blue gas only visible if NV goggles are worn. SCP-XX is lured to the closest human near and does not speak. Once it has a human nearby, it will appear to incinerate them out of no-where. SCP-XX was retrieved from ████ , Canada and was discovered by Epsilon-11 when they were investigating multiple disappearances from the town.
Addendum: A-1:
SCP-XX started making multiple high-pitched noises today. After further investigation, It appears that it is morse code in a sound form. Dr. [REDACTED] interviewed it.
This is translated from the morse code.
SCP-XX "Where on earth am I?"
**Dr.████> ** "Your in a labororatry."
SCP-XX "Let me out of here!"
Dr.████ "Really? No way. You've cost alot of innocent lives."
SCP-XX "Well then, I'll see you when your sitting in the corner crying as I incinerate you."
Dr.████ Runs out of the room
<End Log>
Closing Statement: Dr.████ Showed unusual activity and was excused from work to attend a physcology course.
Incident: A-1
SCP-XX breached containment and roamed Sector-3 and eventually got to Sector-2. It claimed over 10 personnel lives and 3 CD lives that were being transported to a test. After CZ Inspection, SCP-XX's chamber appeared to have all of it's bulbs burnt out causing personnel to think it was terminated for some strange reason.
O5-█ has dis-approved all testing until a better containment solution is found.
