Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXX is maintained in Hall ██ of Site-██ in a humanoid containment cell. SCP-XXX is to be contained in a 5m x 5m room and a 25 cm reinforced glass. Any interactions with SCP-XXX are to be approved a Level Two or higher personnel.
Description: SCP-XXX is a male humanoid, approximately 1.5m in height, weighing 58 kg. SCP-XXX has the physical features of a white male. SCP-XXX has short black hair and has two large eyes. SCP-XXX also has large three inch teeth that is capable of tearing off flesh and bone. SCP-XXX is very intelligent and is capable of speech. SCP-XXX has been observed to be docile but becomes aggressive if a human is near it. On rare occasions SCP-XXX will begin to stare at subject in silence. This has been known to cause the subject to become uncomfortable and will cause the subject to panic ( See Addendum XXX-B). SCP-XXX’s origin is unknown and when asked, SCP-XXX becomes quiet for a few minutes and then enters a rage-state and will attempt to breach containment ( See Addendum XXX-A ). When SCP-XXX enters its rage state, SCP-XXX’s physical body starts to change. SCP-XXX will grow 4 inch claws from each of its fingertips, which are capable of cutting human flesh like paper. During this rage-state SCP-XXX will begin to try and attack everything in its surroundings and will begin to claw the walls. This rage-state will last for about two hours due to SCP-XXX becoming exhausted.
Addendum XXX-A: Portion of Interview with SCP-XXX
Description: On 05/23/20██, SCP-XXX agreed to answer some questions and also agreed not to attack D-2133 when he entered the containment room.
Interviewed: SCP-XXX
Interviewer: Dr.█████

Dr.█████: What are your origins?
SCP-XXX: (No verbal communication)
Dr.█████: SCP-XXX, you agreed to comply with our questions!
SCP-XXX: (low mumbling)
Dr.█████: What was that XXX? Speak up.
SCP-XXX: (No verbal communication)
D-2133: Hey doc, I'm starting to feel a little uncomfortable standing near this thing. I think I want out of this room.
Dr.█████: The sooner SCP-XXX answers theses questions, the sooner you will be let out.
D-2133: I don’t think it wants to answer the question. It was answering your questions left and right before, but now I think it’s upset.
SCP-XXX: (No verbal communication)
D-2133: Seriously doc, I’m starting to feel really uncomfortable-(D-2133 cuts off into screaming)
Dr.█████: Get him out of there!
SCP-XXX: (Appearing to be attacking D-2133)
D-2133: (Continues screaming)
Dr.█████: Get him the hell out of there!

Addendum XXX-B: Interview Log
Interviewed: Jack Moreno
Interviewer: Dr. ███████
Description: Jack Moreno was brought in for an interview after coming into contact with SCP-XXX.
Dr. ███████: Hello Mr. Moreno, I am Dr. ███████. I’m here to ask you a couple of questions.
Moreno: Alright, what are your questions?
Dr. ███████: I’m here to talk about you coming into contact with a strange man that was standing outside your house.
Moreno: Oh that night, I try my hardest to forget that night.
Dr. ███████: Its okay Mr.Moreno, whenever your ready.
Moreno: Okay, so at around 9:30 pm when I woke to go get a snack in my kitchen. When I was leaving the kitchen, I noticed someone outside my window. When I took a closer look I realised that he wasn’t facing me. I went outside and asked who he was. There was a couple minutes of silence before I saw him turn around to face me. I’ll never forget seeing his face. His eyes were black and his smile, I’ll never forget that smile.
Dr. ███████: What happened after he turned around to face you?
Moreno: He started to growl at me and he didn’t stop smiling at me. I started to feel uncomfortable and I didn’t want to look away or to turn my back towards him. I don’t know how long I stood out there for but it was finally over when he turned around and walked away. I stood out there for a little longer just to make sure he was gone. When I got back into my house I couldn’t sleep. I kept having nightmares of him just staring at me and keeping that damn smile on his face. When I woke up that morning I felt like I was being watched.
Dr. ███████: Can you describe what he was wearing?
Moreno: He was wearing a navy blue shirt with navy blue jeans. I thought he was wearing a mask at first, due to his face being a little pale. He had one of those cartoon smiles, you know the one where it doesn’t show teeth.
Dr. ███████: Thank you for your time Mr. Moreno.
Moreno: Yeah, anytime Doc.
