SCP-XXXX-01 is 1.45 meters tall and weighs 156.65 KG. Legs appear un-proportionately large to SCP-XXXX-01's torso. Torso is abnormally large relative to overall body size.
Descriptions from staff include "Morbidly obese", "Overweight", "Fucking disgusting" Suggested dwarfism-Dr. Morne.
Facial features and skin tone resemble a typical human male of European descent. Subject shows extensive wrinkling of the nose, earlobes, and palms. Subject shows the typical features of a human male between 40-50 years of age.

The subject's body shows no signs of cholesterol build-up in the veins or arteries despite an extremely unhealthy BMI. Subject's baldness is the result of no hair cells present on the head. Hair cells are otherwise present as one would expect to see in a normal human. Signs of severe long-term arthritis on the hands can be seen. Approximate lifespan of SCP-XXXX-01 may be between 170-███ years.

Currently I am unable to accurately determine what category is most akin to the subject's mental condition. My initial assumptions led me to believe that SCP-XXXX-01 appears to be suffering from psychosis, judging by the subject's naive and non-nonsensical rationalization of reality. Refer to the below attached audio log, including my personal observation, for more details. The Subject scored highly on the Rorschach Test, showing similar results to a clinically disturbed individual. However, when presented with the Mensa IQ examination the subject performed exceedingly well. Subject's IQ is far above that of a normal person, averaging an IQ between 140-155. I would like to add that on occasion SCP-XXXX-01 shows surprisingly insightful observations to its situation and environment. Despite a general demeanor suggesting severe psychosis, subject has displayed contradictory intelligence and awareness. Subject appears to have some knowledge of the Foundation. The exact nature of SCP-XXXX-01's mental disposition is currently undetermined. -Psychiatric Practitioner Dr.███.
