SCP-XXXX-03 is 1.45 meters tall and weighs 40.56 KG. Subject bears normal body proportions for a human of this height. Facial features and skin tone resemble a typical human female of Chinese descent. Subject shows extensive wrinkling of the nose, earlobes, and palms. Subject shows the typical features of a human female of 18-25 years of age.

SCP-XXXX-03 shows signs of vastly increased muscle tissue growth, noticeably similar to the effects of steroid use. No evidence of steroid, or other performance enhancing drug use, is present. Subject's baldness is the result of no hair cells present on the head. Hair cells are otherwise present as one would expect to see in a normal human. Approximate lifespan of SCP-XXXX-03 may be between 280-███ years.
Psychiatric Evaluation:

SCP-XXXX-03 was clearly psychologically disturbed, as clearly evidenced by Interview XXXX-03-1 and incident-XXXX-1. Subject displays obsessive tendencies, notably in the form of an obsessive love complex for Dr.[EXPUNGED]. Subject displays symptoms of psychopathy, lacking remorse and empathy for its actions. During Interview-XXXX-03-1, SCP-XXXX-03 did not co-operate with the Rorschach test, or the Mensa IQ examination. However, given the results of Incident-XXXX-11, I believe whatever information would have been garnered is now unremarkable. -Psychiatric Practitioner Dr.███.
