INCIDENT REPORT: XXXX-01

LOCATION: Pittsburg, Pennsylvania
REPORT: On 7:45 P.M, a local store at Pittsburg was declared officially open, titled "dados store", containing over 600 SCP-XXXX copies. Foundation personal were not aware of the location until the incident.
On 7:49 P.M, the location began to emit a broadcast to intrgrated speakers which said the following:
Hello guys! Dado is here! You guys will love this! I am selling T-Shirts about Hazbin Hotel and Helluva Boss for just 15.99! First customer will get one for free! Come now and enjoy Dado's T-Shirts.
This broadcast then went on repeat and advertised on local television in Pittsburg. Following the discovery, MTF ETA-10 "See No Evil" and MTF Gamma-5 "Red Herrings" were immediatly dispatched to ascertain the incident. All internet connection, phone linee and broadcasting within a 70km radius were temporarly shut down. Public roads leading to Pittsburg were temporarily redirected or closed off. Any evidence regarding the incident within the World-Wide Web were purged by Web Crawlers and CCTV footage were confiscated.
Despite the ensuring incident, PoI-726 could not be located and discovered with a note within Location of Interest-726, which read the following:
dado thanks u 4 servise. dado sry as tshirts r sold u. dado must go and come back with more.
Both MTFs were ordered to not return until PoI-726 was apprehanded. All civilians and local law enforcement were administered Class-A amnestics and memetic treatment, as well as 600 SCP-XXXX copies contained and an additional 268 were discovered.
PoI-726 could not be located, however, surveillance footage depicts a figure exiting the city of Pittsburgh. The search was called off 16 hours later. Both Commanders gave the "all clear" and returned to Site-19 for debrief. Location of Interest-726 was then purchased by the Foundation and market's non merchandize.

Footage depicts numerous civilians hurdling to Location of Interest-726, with local law enforcement attempting to control the public, behind the reporter.
Reporter: Yes, this Megyn Kelly, bringing you on what appears to be dozens of people swooping into a store that just opened called dados store. People are going crazy for these T-Shirts, even going as far to forcefully take it from others as the store iteself has sold out. Police are now trying to calm down the public and it begs the question, what is happening to the public?
Footage then depicts MTF ETA-10 attempting to defuse the incident, as MTF ETA-10-3 approaches the footage in question.

Foreward: This voice mail was sent at 7:59 P.M, 4 minutes before MTF ETA-10 and MTF Gamma-5 arrived at the incident. It is believed that during this time PoI-726 had not returned to, presumably, its primary location. Phone records are to be checked for time period between time of opening and arrival at primary location for evidence PoI-726's whereabouts.

Foreword: This the earliest known record of PoI-726's interaction during Incident-XXXX-01, at 8:49 P.M and the caller took place in an alternate location. PoI-726's whereabouts is suspected to be somewhere in Pennsylvania or otherwise. Method of transport is unknown.

Dr. Mackenzie: How could you not find him?
Commander Riley: I… I don't have an answer fo—
Dr. Mackenzie: How could you not FUCKING find him, we so fucking close—
Commander Riley: I don't fucking know, okay! I just, Commander Riley then places his hands on face for 2 seconds before placing them down just, don't know. Alright? We don't know what else is he capable of. He makes stuff that do crazy shit, it should be no surprise that his vehicle could also be another fucking SCP or something.
Dr. Mackenzie: sighs Just tell me you have something.
Commander Riley: We got a shit ton of those T-Shirts, found even more, confiscated footage by some shitty reporter and some CCTV recordings. Not including that were tired as fuck.
Dr. Mackenzie: Hmm, well, we'll review the footage later. We did, however, keep an eye on phone calls made to Dado and did find something that could link us to where he is.
Commander Riley: And what is that?
Dr. Mackenzie: We found a few voice mails that were sent to Dado in Pittsburgh between 7:51 and 7:59 P.M before we cut the phone lines, though, none of them were picked up. Then, at around 8:40, was the earliest phone call that Dado picked up.
Commander Riley: How the hell does that help us with finding him?
Dr. Mackenzie: This means that there is a time period between the incident and where his hiding spot is. We suspect its somewhere in Pennsylvania or a place near it.
Commander Riley: Have you considered that maybe he has like cellphone and ignored the calls because he was busy getting the fuck out of there?
Dr. Mackenzie: Of course but at the same time, we don't 100% know if he does or not. Dado may look and sound stupid but he isn't. David has plans on assigning MTF Pi-1 or Village idiots to find him. In the meantime, we just pray that we can find this guy soon. Is there any comment you wish to make before I end this interview?
