Scp-5212 Expedition 3

Date: 4-8-20██

Approved by: Dr. To██ ███.

Subject/s: two subjects have been selected to enter scp-5212, D-37564-A male, 41yrs, and D-72413-B female, 30yrs, Both have been equipped with a headset with a built in camera, a satchel bag, a hand held torch, and a small bottle of water. Subject A has been issued a crowbar, in an attempt to extract any wall material. Subject B has been issued a standard handgun for any potential hostile encounters with scp-5212-2, or any other inhabitants of scp-5212.

Both subjects are instructed to enter scp-5212, with the front door being left open. Control then instructs them to activate their cameras early, and to take the same route as previous expeditions. Both subjects then find themselves at the T junction earlier than previous subjects, with no signs of the closed door.

Control then orders Subject A to attempt to extract wall samples, while Subject B is to look for any evidence of writing. Subject A is not successful in extracting any wall samples, but does manage to scratch the wall up causing environmental damage. Subject B begins to panic when they report that a slamming door was heard, control instructs them to continue with their task.

Subject A comments on a tapping sound coming from the ceiling, which goes from loud to quiet back to loud. Subject B continues panicking, waving the firearm up to the ceiling, control continuously tries calming down Subject B, to no avail, a flash of light is picked up by the cameras, with them dying shortly after, all that is left is the vocal feed. Control instructs them to reactivate the visual feed immediately, but subjects don't respond. Subject B begins firing shots rapidly, with Subject A now also panicking.

The firing stops. Exactly 2 minutes later the visual feed reactivates, but only on subject B, control questions subject B as to why the cameras went out, and to why only one reactivated, no response is given. Scans pick up subject B again, with the walls of scp-5212-1 being changed to bring subject B to the front door.

Subject B sprints out of the front door, and proceeds to attack the armed personnel stationed at the front door. Dr. To██ ███ then gives the order to terminate subject D-72413-B. Subject B is then placed in a body bag, for later autopsy. No sign of Subject A is seen, and is believed to have been taken by scp-5212-2 for unknown reasons.

Post expedition report: Autopsy of Subject D-72413-B has proven nothing out of the ordinary, besides very severe mental problems, which Subject B did not suffer from prior to expedition#3, Subject B repeated the phrase “leave me alone” aligning with the reports in ██████, Subject D-37564-A has been considered terminated by scp-5212-2. Scp-5212-2 only seemed to become hostile when there is damage to the walls of scp-5212-1, it is now assumed that scp-5212-2 is considered hostile only when provoked, further expeditions are required to try and contain scp-5212-2, and correctly charter the interior of scp-5212-1.
