SPC XXXX is currently contained in a 15'x15' standard "safe" class containment cell with no safety protocol measures in place, with 0 amenities required. Only 2 22" fluorescent lights for observation.
1 8'x3' steel door is the only entrance/exit from cell, and a 10'x5'x1" observation window for study.
Subjects exposed to physical contact with SPC XXXX are to receive a full medical examination, which includes full blood testing (for trace metals), and radiation level testing., and a thorough phycological evaluation, along with a follow up interview by Research Staff.
SPC XXXX emits very low levels of alpha, beta, and gamma radiation. Not usually harmful to living organisms, but those with compromised immune systems may be at risk of infection. For this reason, 1" lead plates were installed on the interior walls of the cell from events of Addendum 2..
A single 3'x3' wooden table sits in the center of the room, with two wooden chairs. Under no circumstance is there to be any metal objects brought into proximity of SCP XXXX, of any type. Wood and plastic are acceptable materials. See Addendum 1
Description:
SCP XXXX is a polymorphic mass of what is molecularly best described as stainless steel, weighing 305.36lbs/139.1kgs. It has shown the ability to take any shape/form it wills itself to, showing it favors the form of humans. While in the form of a sphere, it has reached a diameter of 13.75 inches, roughly the size of a medicine ball, and measured a perfect circle when analyzed with both analog and digital equipment. It can reach a height of 15' *ceiling of the cell with a width of 3" measured again, perfectly. SCP XXXX has shown that it can also deplete itself to a staggering 10mm in height, expanding the entire 30 square feet of the cell floor.
SCP XXXX is sentient, exhibiting extreme levels of intelligence, and empathy, however it cannot communicate with subjects verbally, though it does emit frequencies audile to organic creatures with an auditory system, it has not shown any signs of speech. It has, however, demonstrated extensive knowledge in all known languages, written and spoken. It has shown favoritism to Russian, Lithuanian, and the older forms spoken by ancient Carpathians, French, and English, with the United Kingdoms vernacular being the biased.
SCP XXXX can read, and when in humanoid form, demonstrates the ability to write, draw, and paint.
While written language is always in Western English, it is at a toddler level skill. All punctuation, spelling, and formats are correct, the form and structure are childlike, and mirrored. Researchers determine this dyslexia comes from SCP XXXX's visual system is based on what is reflecting off of its surface, it understands this visual flip as its relativity. After a few tests, Foundation researchers learned after watching SCP XXXX write a note, and the reflection in its "face" appeared normal.
