Special containment procedures: SCP-xxxx is to be kept in a 6 meter by 6-meter
chamber with a couch, and bed. It is only to come in contact with SCP-xxxx-1 during testing. When bored it is allowed to draw. In the event of a containment breach, SCP-xxxx is to be restrained at all times after EVENT XXXX-A. It is only allowed to roam the facility with permission from level 3 or higher and is to have 2 armed guards by it at all times.
Description: SCP-xxxx is a 30 year old caucasian male that when bored or threatened can summon SCP-xxxx-1 and will start drawing in it manifesting what it drew in real life. SCP-xxxx-1 is a small ████ branded notebook with approximately 400 pages. When you draw in SCP-xxxx-1 the real life equivalent will appear.
Addendum-xxxx-A
SCP-xxxx-1 is brought into SCP-xxxx’s cell. It is told to draw a pillow, 2 seconds after the pillow was fully drawn a pillow appeared on the floor. It is then told to draw itself, after 5 seconds of completion an exact copy of it appeared, after 20 seconds the copy started to dissolve. It is then told to draw SCP-999, the same thing happened with it copying itself. After a few more tests scientists concluded that it can only copy non-organic things.
addendum-xxxx-B
2 D-class personnel are presented with SCP-xxxx-1. One D-class is told to draw paper, the other D-class is told to draw a backpack. The first D-class drew paper then 20 seconds later paper appeared. The second D-class drew a light machine gun instead, and 1 minute later the D-class had a light machine gun and proceeded to shoot and kill 3 of the guards then flee the area with SCP-xxxx-1. SCP-xxxx senses this and summons SCP-xxxx-1 and proceeds to erase the picture of the light machine gun erasing the light machine gun that the D-class was holding. The D-class was terminated immediately after.
addendum-xxxx-C
SCP-xxxx is extremely bored and summons SCP-xxxx-1. He draws multiple paintings such as Starry Night, Mona Lisa, and a custom painting of his cell with a smaller cell inside with a smaller cell inside of that. No more small cells are visible but SCP-xxx claims that there are about 100 tiny cells in the painting. He places all of the paintings on the wall with military grade glue. SCP-xxxx continues to put more furniture in his cell. By the time he was done the guards returned and took most of the new furniture except his custom painting. SCP-xxxx-1 was returned to its box.

Dr. L: "Where do you come from?"
SCP-xxxx: "Before I tell you anything I want to know where I am right now."
Dr. L: "I'm sorry but that's classified."
SCP-xxxx: "Fine, I'm from █████████."
Dr. L: "Good, now when did you acquire your notebook?"
SCP-xxxx: "Hmm, I think it was sometime around ███████."
Dr. L: "ok, now do you know how it does what it does?"
SCP-xxxx: "No, all I know is I seem to be the only one who can make objects appear fast."
Dr. L: "that is ok, we just need to do a few tests now."

Dr. L: "Hello again."
SCP-xxxx: "Why did you let those criminals use it, ITS MINE!!!"
Dr. L: "Calm down we were just testing."
SCP-xxxx: "TESTING!!! THAT IS CALLED DAMAGE OF PERSONAL PROPERTY, THATS WHAT ITS CALLED!!!!"
Dr. L: "STOP YELLING!!"
SCP-xxxx: "Fine."
Dr. L: "Now, can you describe how you can sense what happens to The Notebook."
SCP-xxxx: "When it is in danger or being misused I can see what is happening."
Dr. L: "Interesting, when you draw things like guns how do you get the ammo, and how can you make certain liquids from the same drawing?"
SCP-xxxx: "I just think of the materials its made out of and what's inside."
Dr. L: "Interesting, can you get me SCP-xxxx-1 please?"
[SCP-xxxx-1 is brought into the room]
SCP-xxxx: 'Thank you security officer… █████."
Dr. L: "Now, I want you to draw “the cure for death”.
SCP-xxxx: "Ok."
[SCP-xxxx draws “the cure to death”] [a glowing liquid manifests on the interviewing table] [the liquid is sent to the lab for testing]
Dr. L: "If that ends up cureing death will you let us use it for this facility?"
SCP-xxxx: "No, I made it so that no human can use it so that they couldn't be too powerful, it works on me though, this would be nice to have and I have it pre-drawn."
Dr. L: "Thank you for cooperating, this is enough for now."

After testing the liquid was given to a rat, the rat was then shot with a 50 caliber sniper rifle for 1 hour until the effects wore off and the rat died. SCP-xxxx asked to know what happened but the request was denied.

1. D-class personnel should not come near SCP-xxxx-1-DENIED
2. SCP-yyyy(aka "Big Brother) should come in contact with SCP-xxxx due to them having similar abilities-ACCEPTED
3. SCP-xxxx should know about the immortality liquid test-DENIED
