Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be inside a cube that is not touching any other surface, so it does not risk transporting itself to anywhere else. Inside the cube, even if it attempted to predate somebody that is near it, it would be unable to do much, other than just bite the prey.
Description: SCP-XXXX "The Surface Creature" is a creature that can only live inside a surface, such as a floor or a wall. It can not be seen moving, but if it attempts to attack, material dependant tentacles will rise from the surface it is in, with tentacles and teeth that will arise from the surface it is in. It will either strangle the prey first, then pull the prey in, or pull it in with the teeth like tentacles inside a hole that forms when it is ready to devour It currently in will predate on anything that goes near it. It is currently located in Site-███, Russia. It was originally found in a cave, after reports of people going missing.
