XXXX-β
Artistic depiction of SCP-XXXX-β found within a scroll recovered from the entrance to SCP-XXXX's realm. The scroll itself was most likely created by SCP-XXXX as a trophy of sort.
Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX-β is to be kept within a 5m x 5m x 5m cell where it is only to be fed freshly grown strawberries. Attempts to feed SCP-XXXX-β other fruits, vegetables or meats has shown to be futile as SCP-XXXX-β will not attempt to consume them. In the event of a full site lockdown, SCP-XXXX-β will not attempt to leave its cell and will instead curl into a ball and will await fresh food. At current time there have been 0 attempts made by SCP-XXXX-β to leave the facility.
Description: SCP-XXXX-β resembles an insect-like entity armored in chitin plates that make up the majority of its body. The chitin plates protecting SCP-XXXX-β have shown to be both bullet proof and allow SCP-XXXX-β to float upon a large amount of liquids. SCP-XXXX-β has 2 antennae and 6 legs. It is currently unknown what the use of the 3 appendages upon the back of SCP-XXXX-β's armor are, however, it is speculated that these are used to sense motion behind the entity.
Researchers Note: Research regarding SCP-XXXX-β has been halted due to more resources being designated to SCP-XXXX due to the immense threat it poses upon humanity. SCP-XXXX-β currently does not pose a large threat. Until SCP-XXXX has been either neutralized or permanently contained, SCP-XXXX-β shall not be tested.
