Classification Committee Memorandum: Due to SCP-XXXX-S, -PN, and -K possessing their own anomalous trait and connections, the Classification Committee has provided each anomalous item described in this data file their own singular Containment Class designation.

• SCP-XXXX-S: Safe
• SCP-XXXX-PN: Presumably Neutralized
• SCP-XXXX-K: Keter

Special Containment Procedures:

• SCP-XXXX-S: Web Crawler Victor-07 "Ad Killer" is to purge all forms of advertisement of SCP-XXXX-S, and monitor web traffic for discussions or media regarding SCP-XXXX-S's existence. Any company confirmed to be producing similar SCP-XXXX-S copies are to be shut down and individuals involved detained. All images, and video footage depicting SCP-XXXX-S are to be expurgated.

Should an individual be suspected/confirmed to have possession of SCP-XXXX-S, the nearest Containment Team is to be dispatched to attempt containment and administer Class-A amnestics.

SCP-XXXX-S itself is contained in 2 large containment chambers at Site-101¹. All personnel assigned to SCP-XXXX-S must posses a Cognitohazard Resistance Value (CRV) no lower than 6.0.

• SCP-XXXX-PN: All evidence detailing SCP-XXXX-PN's anomalous connections and disappearance have been destroyed, or in possession of the Foundation. No further procedures are necessary.

• SCP-XXXX-K: There is currently no known method of adequately containing SCP-XXXX-K due to its presumed location, and nature; as such, the Department of Ontokinetics is to develop a containment procedure that prevents the inhabitants of SCP-XXXX-K from causing anomalous phenomenon. Until such procedure has been developed, any web, animated, story-written, book related series where the main theme is "hell" is to be sabotaged, and shut down.

Description: SCP-XXXX is the group designation number given to entirely different, but related anomalies.

+ SCP-XXXX-S

SCP-XXXX-S are T-Shirts that resemble characters of the now discontinued animated web series, titled "Dinning in Hell." In summary, the web series involves a teenage a cat-like demon named Alexis who undergoes culinary training to assist his family business in running a local restaurant, and expanding the business in question.

The anomalous characteristic is that any individual who views SCP-XXXX-S will experience the following symptoms:

• Increased interest of SCP-XXXX-S
• The desire to create illustrations of SCP-XXXX-S
• Increased paranoia of its condition.
• Attempt to spread knowledge of SCP-XXXX-S existence.
• The increase desire of purchasing SCP-XXXX-S.

If left untreated, subjects who perceive the anomaly will develop an obsession and significantly increased interest in purchasing SCP-XXXX instances, regardless of budget and monthly income. SCP-XXXX-S's cognitohazardous effect also appears via images and recorded footage, but testing has concluded that verbal communication, illustrations and sign languages have no effect.

Based on Journals gathered from SCP-XXXX-PN², SCP-XXXX-S was originally intended to be a cognitohazard where any human being that perceives SCP-XXXX-S will begin to display aggressive behavior, and will assault anyone in their presence until the victim ceases life functions; however, due to a botched ritual pertaining the intended creation, the effects of SCP-XXXX-S have differed. This has been deemed to be a safer, and less disruptive outcome as should the ritual have been successful, countless riots, and injury would have been caused to a degree where the Foundation would have difficulty containing.

+ SCP-XXXX-PN

SCP-XXXX-PN was former Mayor of New York City, Bill De Blasio. While there is no actual evidence regarding that SCP-XXXX-PN may posses anomalous capabilities, its involvement in the creation of SCP-XXXX-S, the one who established the cognitohazard to be sold in nearby retailers, online websites, and connections to SCP-XXXX-K are what denotes Bill De Blasio as an SCP object.

SCP-XXXX-PN

Despite these connections, SCP-XXXX-PN shows no signs of symptoms indicating SCP-XXXX-S contamination despite being in heavy exposure to SCP-XXXX-S. It is believed that he, along with associated workers, were inoculated with an anti-cognitohazard to prevent self contamination. How this was achieved is unknown.

SCP-XXXX-PN was also involved in a now breached thaumaturgical agreement between an unknown deity, potentially residing in SCP-XXXX-K. This breach has resulted in the death of the mayor.³

+ SCP-XXXX-K

SCP-XXXX-K is believed to be an extra-dimensional location. As of writing, SCP-XXXX-K is poorly understood by the Foundation based on its inhabitants, the mechanic of entering the anomaly in question, the functionality/establishment of it's anomalous phenomenon, or if the inhabitants have a method of entering any other dimensions in question.

What is known is that SCP-XXXX-K appears to communicate humans by subconciously creating "voices" within the brain, and dreams. SCP-XXXX-K is also capable creating thaumaturgical events, though the full scope, and method of activation is unknown.

The only known individuals of being affected by SCP-XXXX-K are SCP-XXXX-PN, and Research Head Dr. Daniel Asheworth.

Discovery: On 10/6/2018, the creator of "Dinning in Hell", Leonid Kuznetsov, announced partnership with SCP-XXXX-PN to further sell merchandize of the web series in question in New York, which sold more than 1,000+ SCP-XXXX-S copies per day.

4 days after the announcement, civilians and Foundation personnel began to display unusual behavior regarding SCP-XXXX-S's as they've shown to be purchasing the T-Shirt in question at an alarming rate, and have grown paranoia of its condition. This has led several personnel to suspect T-Shirts have been embedded with a memetic agent or ognitohazard, which ultimately led to the discovery of SCP-XXXX-S via testing⁴, and containment procedures established by Containment Specialist Daniel Asheworth. All images, and recordings of SCP-XXXX-S within the SCP Foundation were expunged by AIAD system.

In addition, the Overseer Council ordered Foundation personnel to be checked by medical staff, or the Cognitohazards Division for any signs of Cognitohazard contamination, and be administered Class-A amnestics to those tested positive.

Multiple Mobile Task Forces, and Containment Teams designed to handle perception based anomalous threats were dispatched to contain SCP-XXXX-S copies from retailers, and civilian homes, with the sole exception of MTF ETA-10 "See No Evil" was sent to raid a local factory responsible for the production of SCP-XXXX-S. Within the factory were over 80 workers, copies of SCP-XXXX-S, and the discovery of SCP-XXXX-PN, and -K.

SCP-XXXX-PN is seen visibly distressed within it's office as its slouched on an office chair with its two elbows sat on a wooden table, and its hands placed on its forehead.

SCP-XXXX-PN: Shut up. Shut up! I've done what you've told me to do. I've done everything, what am I doing wrong? Why can't you just fucking leave me alone?!

MTF ETA-10-3 then kicks open the main office door before pointing his rifle towards SCP-XXXX-PN. SCP-XXXX-PN speracticly gets off of it's chair before lying down on the ground.

SCP-XXXX-PN: Oh fu-, please, please don't shoot!

MTF ETA-10-3 then lowers his rifle before picking up his walkie talkie, and activating it.

MTF ETA-10-3: 2, this is 3. I've got one unarmed civilian in the main office of the factory. I believe he is the mayor?

MTF ETA-10-2: Whoever he is, bring him down with the others. We need to talk with them.

Seconds after radioing in, MTF ETA-10-3 is thaumaturgically forced out of the office, and slams onto a concret wall.

MTF ETA-10-3: Shit, what the fuck?!

MTF ETA-10-4, and the Commander witnesses the scene before rushing up to aid.MTF ETA-10-3.

MTF ETA-10-4: Are you okay?!

MTF ETA-10-3: Forget about me, save the civie!

The two unharmed MTF members attempt to enter the office room, but are unable to by an unknown anti-memetic force.

MTF ETA-10-1: What the hell is going? Why can't I get in!

MTF ETA-10-4: Hang in there! We're coming!

The room within SCP-XXXX-PN begins to shake violently as debrie, and furniture begin to tumble across the room in question. Despite this, the factory nor the individuals within are being affected. SCP-XXXX-PN slowly stands onto the floor before almost falling over.

SCP-XXXX-PN: Wha- What the hell is going? What is happeni-

An unknown demonic voice can be heard within the room where SCP-XXXX-PN is being held.

Unknown⁵: You've failed.

SCP-XXXX-PN: I- I failed? Failed what, who are you?! Why are you doing this? Fucking leave me alone already!

Unknown: You have failed us.

MTF ETA-10-3: Fucking get in there already!

MTF ETA-10-1: Were trying, just hang on!

SCP-XXXX-PN: Uh, uh- listen, whatever I've fucked up, just give me another chance, mkay? I just- I just want to left alone, I want to relax, I-

Unknown: No. You've had enough chances.

The floor beneath SCP-XXXX-PN begins to break apart before a large pit is formed. SCP-XXXX-PN falls into the pithole screaming before it is thaumaturgically sealed. Despite this phenomenon, no structural damage to the factory, or the floor itself have been found.

Foreword: Workers were administered Class-A amnestics, and the factory itself has been shut down. All SCP-XXXX-S copies within are now in Foundation containment.

Mayor Bill de Blasio was previously not designated as an SCP Object until further investigations began, including the journal discoveries.
