Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX should be kept in a 5m x 5m x 5m airtight steel container. 5 guards must be guarding SCP-XXXX whenever possible. Once a month, the guards who were previously watching over SCP-XXXX must be put into therapy, and a new set of guards will take their spot. The UV-Flood Lights must always be kept on, to avoid activating SCP-XXXX.
Description: SCP-XXXX is a scarecrow which is made from the skeleton of the late ██████. SCP-XXXX has been observed to display no signs of aggression when UV rays are being shined on it. Without the UV rays being shined upon it, SCP-XXXX will activate, and will not stop again unless it is exposed to UV rays. SCP-XXXX has killed ███ civilians, ██ Security Personnel, and █ scientists. SCP-XXXX brutally mutilates people, tearing off their skin and tissue, until nothing but the skeleton remains. SCP-XXXX has been heard saying (while it was animate) "This is who you truly are once you peel back your layers." In 100% of all cases, SCP-XXXX's victims have never been found with any tissue on its body.
Addendum: SCP-XXXX was discovered in ████ when a mass murder spree in the town of █████ was reported. No one was able to stop said rampages, and the SCP Foundation was called in when SCP-XXXX went on a horrific rampage that it resulted in ██ civilian deaths.
