Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be stored in the staff break room of-Site-19 as to help improve staff morale and motivation for staff SCP-XXXX is to be stored in a standard containment locker and is to be folded into quarters for ease of storage and to keep SCP-XXXX in an useable condition. Any personnel wishing to access SCP-XXXX is to be subjected to a brief psychological evaluation to ensure that said personnel do not have any sort of malicious intent that will be triggered by the effects of SCP-XXXX (see Addendum XXXX).

Description: SCP-XXXX is a paper banner, 1.2 meters in height and 2.6 meters in length. The perimeter of SCP-XXXX by a cardboard liner that is multicolor in appearance. The front of SCP-XXXX has the phrase [DATA EXPUNGED] written with paper cut out letters. The anomalous effects of SCP-XXXX manifest when an individual views the text of SCP-XXXX. Any individuals that view the text of SCP-XXXX will start to feel compelled to accomplish a task or activity that the individual is dedicated to accomplish.

This effect does not have to be triggered by direct observation with the text of SCP-XXXX. Photography, video observations, and printing the text on the front of SCP-XXXX will seem to trigger the anomalous effects.

Dr.[DATA WITHHELD] Assaulted and killed Senior Dr.[DATA EXPUNGED] after the former was suspended and given disciplinary action for harassment and general unprofessionalism from a time frame of 14 months at Site-19 .Dr.[DATA WITHHELD] was last seen in the Site-19 break room where SCP-XXXX was being stored at the time.Dr[DATA WITHHELD] immediately started running to Senior Dr.[DATA EXPUNGED] office and started assaulting him by repeatedly punching, tackling and hitting Senior Dr.[DATA EXPUNGED] with various office supplies. When site security arrived, they found Dr.[DATA WITHHELD] outside the office of Senior Doctor [DATA EXPUNGED] visibly distressed. Senior Dr.[DATA EXPUNGED] was found deceased due to blood loss and internal bleeding from multiple cuts and hits. After a psychological evaluation, Dr.[DATA WITHHELD] was determined to be under the effects of SCP-XXXX. Dr.[DATA WITHHELD] was given Class-B amnesiac, and revisions for new containment procedures are currently being revised
