Special Containment Procedures: Due to the impact that containment of SCP-5XXX would have on the government on Chicago, containment procedures are still being formed. At this moment, efforts will be focused on stopping the spread of evidence of SCP-5XXX.

Description: SCP-5XXX is a phenomenon that affects all members of governmental authority in Chicago, causing all photos and videos of SCP-5XXX affected individuals (hereby designated SCP-5XXX-1 instances). SCP-5XXX suddenly appeared at 6:30 PM, on June 28 2089, during an interview with 2nd Ward Alderman Charley O'Beins. SCP-5XXX was later determined to have every member of the authority. No attempts at fixing images affecting SCP-5XXX has been successful.

The severity of SCP-5XXX varies by instance. Below is a list of affected individuals representing the scale of SCP-5XXX severity (from a scale of 1 to 10):
