Special Containment Procedures:
SCP-xxxx is to be kept in an underground concrete iron-reinforced containment chamber at Site-98 outside of its allotted free-roam time (for roam time see Addendum xxxx-D.). It must be contained in a standard-sized humanoid containment cell, made of steel-reinforced concrete with the walls covered in Anti-Void material.
When personnel must enter SCP-xxxx's containment chamber, all interactions are to be monitored by personnel of at least level 3 clearance. SCP-xxxx does not need to eat, however sustenance can be sent to it if requested. Any tests with SCP-xxxx must be approved by at least three 03 personnel. All tests must be approved by at least two 05 personnel and monitored by at least one level 4 personnel. Any individuals that find out about SCP-xxxx have a class-A amnestic administered to them. Attempts by any individuals (whether Foundation personnel or not) to spread or access certain information about SCP-xxxx without prior authorisation will be met with severe repercussions and/or termination.
In the unlikely event that SCP-xxx breaches containment, see Addendum xxxx-G for necessary procedure.
Anomaly Description:
Appearance:
SCP-xxxx appears to look like an average 16 year-old male with black hair, slightly pale, white skin and light purple eyes. Despite its nickname being 'The White Dragon'. Its nickname refers to a being that embodies a ferocious supernatural power, representing an omen of death or a warning, seemingly given to it by the Japanese community that had been located in.
SCP-xxxx is a 'void-being' and has a composition exactly the same as that of a human being. Despite this, some of SCP-xxxx's body (most things linked to his cardiovascular and nervous systems) are made of a material stated by him to be known as 'Voidiranium'. SCP-xxxx is able to communicate through human speech in a voice also similar to that of a 16 year old and has demonstrated to know most human languages.
Gender:
SCP-xxxx is visually male. However, SCP-xxxx has stated that "Void-Beings do not actually have genders, though prefer to visually conform to one or the other".
Height:
SCP-xxxx is approximately 5 feet, 8 inches in height.
Personality and Behaviours:
SCP-xxxx is a quite docile entity, though has tendencies to lash out when extremely provoked. Provoking SCP-xxxx for the sake of a reaction is advised against. SCP-xxxx has stated doing certain things, most prominently, breaching containment, for the sake of it's own amusement, and succeeded in doing this through the manipulation of the guards guarding its cell. SCP-xxxx is very persuasive, and can easy manipulate even the toughest of people. Despite all of this, SCP-xxxx usually complies with the foundation staff, and does what it is told.
Anomaly Abilities:
Void Manipulation/Magic:
SCP-xxxx has the ability to manipulate the void, which gives him something that could be considered as 'magical' powers. These extent of these powers are very complex and not fully understood. The data will be updated as constantly as possible (Note: The information given here was obtain through multiple interviews, some of which were recorded).
Notes:
- Level 5 is the lowest, and 1 is the highest. SCP-xxxx stated in a recorded interview that he was a Plasma-Class Void-Being.
- Effects can take place on either magic type user or their targets respectively.
- Most of the types of magic listed are already magic types that exist on earth, only boosted with void energy
- Some of the magic types seem to be elemental powers.
Access to the Void:
SCP-xxxx seems to be able to access the void usually through the use of one of its 'Magic Circles'. 'Magic Circles' appear to be SCP-xxxx's general form of magic used.
'Shifting':
SCP-xxxx had the ability to voluntarily jump across different timelines, dimensions and realities, using an ability called 'Shifting'. When SCP-xxxx does this, he displaces air with enough force to create a sonic boom.
Other Notable Abilities:
- SCP-xxxx is able to move at a top speed of MACH-25.
- Using this speed, he can move and stop at certain positions to create the allusion of more SCP-xxxx instances.

Addendum xxxx - A: Initial Containment - 0█/0█/19█6, 19:█0
SCP-xxxx was discovered using his powers in a concealed, wooded area of Toyama Park, Tokyo, Japan on the 0█/0█/19█6, 19:█0 in the evening. SCP-xxxx had come to Foundation attention due to a sudden report of mysterious, glowing shapes appearing, seeming created by a spirit. The Japanese community had then after nicknamed the spirit 'The White Dragon', which in Chinese symbolism, is a being that embodies a ferocious supernatural power. An omen of death. A warning.
An MTF Team was sent out by the Foundation to retrieve SCP-xxxx and bring it back for containment. However, during the retrieval, SCP-xxxx had evaded the MTF Team with ease, taking out 4 of the 7 personnel and seemingly disappearing without a trace.
SCP-xxxx had actually then after come to Site-██ requesting to be contained. This request was quite understandable denied, but after SCP-xxxx had used his powers to block any attempts to subdue him, his containment was eventually granted and he was taken into the facility.

Dr. Gears: SCP-xxxx, please not that any sign of hostility will result in the interview being terminated. ████, you can proceed.
Dr. ████: Thank you. Hello SCP-xxxx, it's nice to finally be able to meet you.
SCP-xxxx: Nice to meet you too, I guess.
Dr. ████: I'm hope that you'll cooperate with me and answer my questions honestly.
SCP-xxxx: Sure, though it's not like I have a choice, do I?
Dr. ████: *chuckles* No you don't, really. Though you could try to be uncooperative
SCP-xxxx: And have you guys try kill me or something? *Chuckles lightly* No thanks, I'm good. Though the act of killing me is very hard
Dr. ████: Duly noted. Well in that case, let's start.
Dr. ████: What 'gender' are you? I'm not exactly supposed to ask this, but from information we've gathered, from both you and other personnel, genders aren't clear when it comes to Void-Beings.
SCP-xxxx: Yes, and it is quite true. Us Void-Beings do not have actual genders, though we do prefer to conform to one or the other. From what I've seen, humans are similar in the aspect of not conforming to one gender or the other.
Dr. ████: Our original scan of your body reveals that you are not 100% biological matter. What exactly are you made of?
SCP-xxxx: My body is exactly the same as an average 16-year old human's, with the exception that most things linked to my cardiovascular and nervous systems are made of a substance know to us Void-Beings as Voidiranium
Dr. ████: 'Voidiranium'?
SCP-xxxx: Voidiranium is the source of energy in the Void, from which I originate. It has many forms, each of which I will inform you about another time
Dr. ████: Ok then. What is the Void?
SCP-xxxx: A dimension that links all of space-time together. This include's other dimensions and alternate worlds. Each area of the void corresponds to a specific time, place, world and dimension respectively. The Void and SCP-[REDACTED]'s pocket dimension are quite similar.
Dr. ████: Noted. Do you age?
SCP-xxxx: No I do not. However I can change my appearance and bodily structure at will, in a similar way that SCP-[REDACTED] does.
Dr. ████: That could be a problem if you were to breach containment.
SCP-xxxx: I guess so.
Note: Due to an apparent increase of what could be labelled as fatigue (or maybe even boredom), this interview has been postponed.

Foreword: This interview took place approximately 34 hours after interview A, when authorities had deemed it 'safe' to continue.

Dr. ████: Would you consider yourself to be a threat to us and humanity?
SCP-xxxx: I have the power to wipe out universes, yet I decide to be brought here and interviewed. Whether I see myself as a threat to you or not doesn't matter as you get the final say on the matter. Am I correct?
Dr. ████: Yes, you are indeed correct. That was a fine judgement, I'd have to say.

Foreword: This interview was documented 2 days after SCP-xxxx was first seen with its 'Grimoire' on 11/██/19█7. Part B of Interview B.

Dr. ████: What is that little book you always carry around with you?
SCP-xxxx: A Grimoire
Dr. ████: 'A Grimoire'?
SCP-xxxx: *in an irritated voice* Yes, a Grimoire.
Dr. ████: From human understanding, a Grimoire is a book that allows magic users to cast higher-level spells. Does this logic apply to your Grimoires?
SCP-xxxx: Yes they do.
Dr. ████: *mumbles under his breath in a sarcastic manner* Great. Just what we need. *scribbles down notes in notebook*
Dr. ████: What is the extent of your magic abilities?
SCP-xxxx: Like I mentioned before, I am capable of destroying universes, and even time and space itself. However, if I were to give a brief summary of my power, I'd say that I am a being that has the ability to manipulate the void, which gives me something that could be considered by humans as 'magical' powers. The extent of these powers are very complex and so I will not expand much into it: Void-Beings are ranked in Classes Gamma through Plasma (Plasma being the highest). Each class has levels 5 through 1 (5 being the lowest, and 1 being the highest) with the exception of Plasma Class, whose levels are 3 through 1. There are different types of Void magic, many of the types of magic are already magic types that exist on earth - elemental powers - just only enhanced with Void Energy.
Dr. ████: 'A brief summary'.
SCP-xxxx: Don't mock me. You were the one who asked for the information.
Dr. ████: Sure… What 'Void-Being' Class are you?
SCP-xxxx: You have the nerve to ask me that even after you were rude? Damn, you have some balls. You and me are more alike than you realise, [REDACTED]. Fine. I am, for your information, a Level 2, Plasma-Class Void-Being.
Dr. ████: Thank you for the compliment, I think. Though don't say things like 'You and me are more alike than you realise'. That stuff goes the wrong way here.
Dr. ████: Would we be able to fully contain you, even if we tried to the fullest of our capabilities?
SCP-xxxx: No, not fully. You can prevent me from 'Shifting' out, as you have done by putting my containment cell underground. Despite this, I can still very easily escape. I stay in my cell because I decide to.
Dr. ████: That is quite concerning. Why do you decide to stay in?
SCP-xxxx: Like I said, entertainment. It's entertaining to see how naive you all are. However, your ability to contain and control, if ever so slightly, entities like [REDACTED] is admirable and quite commendable.

Addendum xxxx - C: First Containment Breach - 06/██/20█3, 13:█3:
SCP-xxxx first breached containment on 06/██/20█3 at 13:█3 PM.
As it was so sudden, no major information on its method of escape has been recorded. However, it is speculated by Foundation staff that it used its extreme speed to seemingly duplicate itself (as when it breached, it was still seen by cameras to be inside it's cell). After this duplicate was made, the assumption was made that SCP-xxxx simply 'shifted' (see footnote) out of it's cell, despite that fact that it's cell was put underground to prevent this and that when SCP-xxxx 'shifts', it displaces air hard enough to break the sound barrier. This is still currently being investigated.
Upon, breaching containment, SCP-xxxx was seen to wander the corridors of the facility, somehow visiting the containment chambers of different SCP's without being noticed, most notably, the cells of SCP-173 and 682. Foundation staff still do not know why it did this.
Once it was realised that SCP-xxxx had actually breached containment, due to the suppressed pop of SCP-xxxx 'shifting', a Nine-Tailed Fox MTF Team was dispatched to re-contain SCP-xxxx. SCP-xxxx went without any resistance.
Before SCP-xxxx was re-contained by the MTF, he for some reason decided to give Foundation testing staff blueprints to a anti-void weaponry, which were tested on SCP-xxxx. Every anti-void weapon, inflicted massive physical damage and 'pain' to SCP-xxxx, one of which seemingly managed to kill it. However after approximately 3 mins, SCP-xxxx simply popped back into existence, perhaps 'Shifting' back in from a different world or time.

Addendum xxxx - E: SCP-xxxx instances:
When SCP-xxxx uses his magic to make copies of himself, these copies (instances) should be labelled SCP-xxxx-[instance number], dependent on the number of copies it makes, as the amount of copies of itself SCP-xxxx is able to make is currently unknown.
Research is doing done to find out if there are more 'Void Beings' (see footnote)
Addendum xxxx - F: 'Procedure 682 Elim.':
Due to the happenings in 'Procedure 682 Elim. - Incident A' the use of SCP-xxxx's immense power to destroy SCP-682 is currently being re-considered.
On 17/██/20█3, 11 days after SCP-xxxx's first containment breach, Foundation testing staff were given permission to use SCP-xxxx to try to eliminate SCP-682.The testing staff were given the strict order of not being permitted to record any audio or video footage from within the cell - due to not knowing the psychological effects to the viewing of SCP-xxxx's power - despite the obvious dangers of doing so. The testing staff were also not permitted to enter the cell unless deemed 'safe' by at least 2 O5 Council Members
SCP-xxxx was directed into 682's containment cell using new anti-void weapons created by and tested on SCP-xxxx. For the first 3 hours, there was no noise except the distinct muffle of chatter. (Note: The words exchanged between SCP-xxxx and SCP-682 is currently unknown.)
However, approximately 43 minutes later, a multiple loud explosions can be heard from within the cell. This continued for 6 continuous hours, with 'god-awful' roars coming from 682 but, except from the sound of its magic ,no sound at all from SCP-xxxx.
After being deemed safe by 2 O5 Council Members, on xx/██/20█3 at ██:██ the testing staff entered the containment cell.
Upon entering the cell, the staff were greeted by the sight of 98.3% of 682's body destroyed. Knowing this would most likely happen, and knowing that it would probably the only chance they would get, Foundation staff had a MTF team ready to immediately destroy the rest of 682's body. When this plan was put into action, however, SCP-xxxx had already used its powers to not only protect the vulnerable 682, but to heal it as well. 682 immediately recovered, and - to the fear of staff - had seemingly adapted to protect itself against SCP-xxxx's attacks.
Note: No method is currently available to Foundation staff to counter SCP-xxxx's power. Unless such a method is found, it is not possible to kill 682 without the help of an entity of SCP-xxxx's power level, or higher. It is speculated that SCP-xxxx did this, despite that fact that it could easily have destroyed all of 682, fully aware of what would happen after.
Addendum xxxx - G: 'Procedure xxxx Zero-Hour':
Following the incident stated in Addendum xxxx-D, 'Procedure xxxx Zero-Hour' has been created to be followed during the likely event of SCP-xxxx attempts - and most likely succeeds at - breaching containment:

Procedure xxxx Zero-Hour:
The staff in the facility in which SCP-xxxx was contained in must IMMEDIATELY inform the O5 council of what has happened.
After, the following actions must be taken to prevent an either one or all CK, HK, QK, SK and ZK end-of-the-world scenarios:
- The complete lockdown of the Site, as well as any nearby sites
- Anti-void weaponry must be prepared to counter any possible resistance from SCP-xxxx
- A Nine-Tailed Fox MTF Team of AT LEAST 30 members readily armed to fight
- 8 helicopters, armed with Anti-Void weaponry
- 13 1.2 megaton nuclear bombs, armed and ready to be detonated, if everything else fails.
