Special Case Procedures: It is recommended that Lorraine Xinmei be on constant relocation: SCP-5XXX, as has been observed before, can affect surfaces after a long period of non-motion.
While efforts are made to find the source of the anomaly, it has been suggested that Lorraine Xinmei keep a sketchbook or any other kind of drawing apparatus with her at all time in order to mitigate the spread of SCP-5XXX: should its effect take place, at least it will first occur in an easily controlled manner.
Otherwise, though, due to the latest increase in GOC surveillance, it is recommended that Lorraine Xinmei restrict her activity to concealed anomalous enclaves or extremely isolated locations in the universe.
Overview: SCP-5XXX is the designation for an anomalous problem of eighteen-year old Lorraine Xinmei: the manifestation of entities (designated SCP-5XXX-As for ease) resembling characters from the show Euphonia Bright: Universalis Harmony! in her vicinity. Paper are usually the first place for the manifestation of SCP-5XXX-As, with a particular preference for drawings made by Lorraine Xinmei; they have also been observed to appear on the walls and the dirt. It is easy to get rid of SCP-5XXX instances, however, they will continue to manifest as long as Ms. Xinmei is nearby.
SCP-5XXX-A instances are able to move across the surfaces and communicate with Ms. Xinmei, though no one except for Ms. Xinmei is able to hear what they say: according to Ms. Xinmei, most dialogue from them involves attempts to get Ms. Xinmei to return to the Euphoria Bright fandom.
It is not known about the circumstances behind the existence of SCP-5XXX (though a theory has been posited below). What is known, according to interviews with Ms. Xinmei, is that the anomaly had already begun to appear when she was seventeen (though mostly limited in capability).
