Description [A pencil that changes colours when told to what colour it will change, kept in site-2020. Since July 5th 2019]
Origin: [Came from a regular crayola box, how it was made is only known by 05 Council members, no other human on earth knows how it has these behaivours, except the 05 council.

The 05 council determined it was
Made of granite, foundation staff reported a strange feeling when. around it, like their stomach twisting, etc.
Traces of nuclear waste have been found in the anomaly, which explains the changing colours.
