Description [A 4,8 plain white figure, aka humanoid creature who is very shy, and will dissapear when seen on photos/videos, all cameras are strictly forbidden in its cell, no incidents have been reported since 2011, when it was first transferred into the site.]

Dr. █████ over the years of studying the creature, he had made a journal titled "SCP-70566"
One of the pages contained an entry that said-

2011, December 1st, So i've been studied the entity that was moved here a couple months ago, about 11. And I realized it ages, one time its about the height and weight of a standard 13 year old boy, the next its height is as big as a 14 year olds, which proves it has a birthday, speaking of which, Happy birthday SCP-70566. Anyways it seems that its current description is "With Many Tears" Since it's well seen crying before, and can speak English, and pretty much any other languege, but can operate guns, electronics, etc. so it must be contained well, and lets hope it doesnt get into our armoury heh… anyways, the thing has made friends with some of the staff memebers here, we gave it a phone cause why not… Started playing some random game… seemed like I dont know, some random mobile game,
2012 January 5th, I've found 9 dead bodies near its cell, oh fuck, it may have got out I said to myself, but it actually was huddled in the corner crying and injured, seemed like the Chaos Insurgency attacked, it said, I believed it but something didn't seem right… how did it know how the Chaos Insurgency looked like?! Welp, after that i decided to go to sleep…
