Special Containment Procedures: SCP-6823-ATL is contained at Site-65 in a Class-13 Containment Cell outfitted with a cell emitting 20,000 megawatts of power which is capable of dampening the anomalous capabilities of SCP-6823-ATL. Testing on this object requires the majority vote of Level-5 personnel. Personnel entering proximity of SCP-6823-ATL in its cell must wear a Class-12 Biomemetic Hazardous suit.

Description: SCP-6823-ATL resembles a man wearing a suit of armor made of unknown composite and origin. This armor cannot be penetrated or removed, rendering SCP-6823-ATL immortal to any form of external damage. SCP-6823-ATL arrived at Site-65 of his own will, attacking and killing a total of 89 Foundation Employees at Site-65 before Mobile Task Force Epsilon-11 could respond and devise a containment method. During this attack, SCP-6823-ATL showed the capability to teleport anywhere at will, killing any human on sight. SCP-6823-ATLs primary method of killing is to form a weapon made of similar composite as SCP-6823-ATLs armor and attack.

SCP-6823-ATL attacked Site-65 on █/██/2020. Several reports of other smaller facilities falling to an unknown entity were received by Site-65, and investigated by Mobile Task Forces. We never expected to be a target of this entity, but we were prepared.

Epsilon-6 "Village Idiots" respond quickly when SCP-6823-ATL approached the entrance. After contact, the entity said nothing and began his attack.
Epsilon-6 "Village Idiots" were all killed during the defense. SCP-6823-ATL then vanished, and re-appeared at D-Block.
Security engaged the entity with no success, all on duty security officers were killed during the defense. Several inmates survived the encounter, and have since been recaptured or terminated. Some inmates, however, were killed by SCP-6823-ATL. Reasons why are unknown.
SCP-6823-ATL then re-appeared at the cell of SCP-079. After a brief interaction, all doors in the facility were opened and all objects released.
SCP-6823-ATL engaged several members of Lambda-5, "White Rabbit". No damage was done to the entity, and all active members of Lambda-5 were found killed during the containment breach.
Epsilon-11 "Nine-Tailed Fox" has entered the facility with a compact cell generating 8,000 Megawatts of energy equipped.
SCP-6823-ATL engaged several members of Nine-Tailed Fox, leading to their death. Operative █████ ████ equipped the cell and engaged SCP-6823-ATL. Object seemed visibly distressed, and was unable to retreat. After 3 minutes of engagement, SCP-6823-ATL was rendered unconscious and put into custody.

No one except the Site Director and Head of Research can know this entity exists. Expunged details from the report include that SCP-6823-ATL was able to cause high-class earthquakes INSIDE of the facility. This entity cannot breach.
