Special Containment Procedures: Scp-6999 is to contained in a 5x5 humanoid containment chamber with radio signal jammers. Scp-6999 is to be kept 50 meters from any electrical source. If a signal jammer is to go down it is to be fixed within 1 hour or the site is to activate project: delta.
Description: Scp-6999 is a 5'7" tall humanoid of unknown gender. Scp-6999 is made a black liquid that holds the shape of a human through unknown means. Scp-6999 will actively seek out electrical sources. If scp-6999 reaches a electrical source it will enter the source through unknown means. Scp-6999 will begin to seek humans that are within 50 meters of the electrical source. It will kill any thing in the radius. scp-6999 leaves behind a black trail similar to scp-106. This trail is fatal to anyone who touches it. Scp-6999 can also travel through any electrical or radio signals in the 50 meter radius. Scp-6999 displays the ability to travel through phones, radios, and it is assumed it can travel through other devices as well
Addendum-project: delta
Project: delta is initiated when scp-6999 breaches containment. When the procedure is activated all power (except for containment cells) is to be shut down immediately to reduce the risk of scp-6999 traveling to another site.

Mtf squad ro-9 hunters enter a building where a informant told the foundation something was going on.
Mtf-01 enters the building and orders the team to turn on there recording equipment.
Mtf-01: Everyone in?
Mtf-02 and 03 nod
They proceed further into the building.
Mtf-02: I heard movement upstairs.
They proceed to a stairwell.
Mtf-01: Charlie follow me.
Mtf-03 does not respond
Mtf-01 and 02 to look for to see if he just fell.
Mtf-03 screams are heard down the hallway.
Mtf-01 and 02 rush to the screams only to find a black figure standing over the body of Mtf-03.
The creature begins to run at the remainder of the squad.
Mtf-01 slams the door and they begin to run.
Mtf-02: What the hell was that thing?
Mtf-01: It's probably what we came here for.
Mtf-01 and 02 radio begin to beep in unison.
Mtf-01: What the-
Mtf-01 was cut short by the creature coming out of the radio and grabbing him.
Mtf-02: Shit.
Mtf-02 runs out of the building and is evacuated.
1 week later 2 Mtf squads came and managed to capture the creature on a old cassette tape.
There were only 5 survivors.
