Per 
SCP-1995 Lets people choose their fate before dying by another version of himself. SCP-1995-1 to be exact. His class is "SAFE" due to him not being able to actually break out. He only "mutates" if there is a person in his containment cell. The laptop turns on with a window saying "How do you prefer dying? You can't escape it either way." With 3 options. 1: Eaten alive. This one has the laptop cut you in half, then be eaten. 2: Having a corrupt Class-D personnel shoot you in the neck, then in the head 15 times. 3: Burnt to death. The name explains it all. SCP-1995 does have a voice, and it's the Microsoft Sam Text-to-Speech voice.
SCP-1995-1 Looks a bit similar to a Baron of Hell, from DOOM. But however, it has a TV as a head, and prosthetic arms and legs. Now, here is a story:
Once, a Class-D was sent out to test on SCP-096, but the Doctor he was working with suddenly disappeared out of nowhere. He looked for a while, and even asked an MDF if he saw the Doctor. The MDF simply said nope, and he then found the Doctor, in a cell, with SCP-1995, with his torso ripped off. The Class-D just stood there. Quietly. When all of the sudden, SCP-1995's cell was breached and everyone was getting killed. Left to right. The MDF rushed towards, trying to kill the SCP, but it wouldn't work, well, with guns, at least. They then put the laptop in the Gas Chamber, but nothing happened. The laptop was then locked up securely, with High-Tech lasers that would incinerate anything that touches it, with a strong ass piece of glass behind the lasers too. Legend has it the laptop is still locked up to this very day.
