Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be contained within a Standard Human Containment Cell with sound-proof walls and a computer with computer games requested by SCP-XXXX installed. SCP-3296's requests can be forfilled as long if the request is affordable. SCP-XXXX must be fed three meals a day, mainly consisting of Meat and Potato.
In order to not disturb other SCPs in the facility, SCP-XXXX must be sedated during transportation. SCP-XXXX must be transported by forklift or other vehicle (due to SCP-XXXX's weight) in a large animal cage, accompanied by three guards armed with tranquilize capable rifles.
In the case that SCP-XXXX loses the effects of its sedatement it must be sedated by use of tranquilize dart. In the even of a containment breach, SCP-XXXX must be sedated by use of tranquilize dart and brought back to containment.
Description: SCP-XXXX is a Panslavic European with an approximate height of 1.7
meters and a hip circumference of 0.8 meters. SCP-XXXX weighs two-hundred and six kilograms (kg) and despite its weight SCP-XXXX can cancel the effect of its weight on specific objects seemingly at will. SCP-XXXX has the bone and muscular structure of a middle-aged man but appears to have not gone through the phases of puberty.
If SCP-XXXX's requests are not folfilled, SCP-XXXX will enter a raged state and make an inaudible noise which approximateb in volume from one-hundred and fifty decibels to one-hundred and eighty decibels. These noises instigate hysteria and hallucinations in human subjects.
SCP-XXXX was discovered and contained on ██/██/20██ in a raged state in ███████████, Russia (Population 3,███,███) with a recorded voice volume of 193 decibels which shattered glass in most sorrounding buildings, villiges and towns. The foundation was succesful at allerting the media that the source of the noise was from a meteor and not SCP-XXXX.
