Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXX's chamber is a 5x5x3 meter containment cell made out of 2 meters thick carbon steel walls. Any damage found in SCP-XXX's chamber is to be reported and replaced soon as possible. SCP-XXX's chamber is 2 kilometers below ground and mining in nearby areas are prohibited. The entrance to SCP-XXX is to be watched at all times for any sign of SCP-XXX escaping. If SCP-XXX breaches containment, an international search will be conducted in attempts to locate SCP-XXX.

Personnel with an IQ lower then 75 will be prohibited from having contact with SCP-XXX. In case any personnel with an IQ lower then 75 have contact with SCP-XXX, the facility is to go into full shutdown and all civilians and personnel within a 240 kilometer radius of SCP-XXX are to be evacuated and sheltered underground.

Description: SCP-XXX is a caucasian male human of Spanish and Irish descent. SCP-XXX's location of birth is unknown and his date of birth is believed to be January 1, 1993. His height is recorded to be at 1.803 meters, and weight at 72.575 kg. He appears to be highly intellegent with a recorded IQ of 143.

SCP-XXX appears to be able to feel pain, however, has no reaction towards it, as SCP-XXX states that "he's felt mental pain that is worse."

SCP-XXX has extreme physical strength, speed, and agility and appears to be able to teleport over a radius of 1 kilometer, and regenerate any damage done to his body at extreme speeds. His physical strength is immensely powerful as a flick is able to destroy a 7 cm thick iron wall.

SCP-XXX is capable of levitation, as the cause is currently unknown. When levitating, a field of nuclear energy generates around SCP-XXX. Within 5 minutes of exposure to the nuclear radiation, side effects of nuclear radiation will occur on the subject. Within 2 hours, the subject will die. SCP-XXX appears to be completely immune to radioactivity of the field around him.

Upon the death of SCP-XXX, SCP-XXX will then reappear instantly anywhere within 10 meters of the location where he died, with the corpse almost instantly becoming translucent then disappearing. Many Class D personnel described the event as if it were an illusion.

SCP-XXX has been known to not tolerate people with IQ's under 75 and may go into total chaos and could possibly cause containment breaches and mass killings while in this state. The worst possible outcome caused by this is a UK end-of-the-world-scenario1. The cause of this is currently unknown. After this event, SCP-XXX will recall no memory of this event indicating possible non-drug related blackouts.

Discovery: SCP-XXX was discovered by Agent █████ in Albany, New York levitating across the sky before meeting a person with a liberal view. SCP-XXX went into full chaos causing minor damage to streets and sidewalks before SCP-XXX was calmed. Nobody was harmed. SCP-XXX was by his own option went to the SCP Foundation with reasons currently unknown. An excuse was made up for the events claiming it to be caused by meteor debris.
