Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is currently being held in a Standard Secure Humanoid Containment Cell at Site-██. Containment Cell is to be cleaned bi-weekly and is to be monitored by no less than two (2) armed guards.

Description: SCP-XXXX is reminiscent to multiple human appendages crudely sewn together to form to what looks like a normal human. SCP-XXXX is capable of human speech and basic locomotive function. SCP-XXXX has the facial features of a █████ male in their late ██'s to mid ██'s. SCP-XXXX does require food and water, they prefer steak and other meat based items. Due to SCP-XXXX's appendages being sewn together, they have been seen to leak out a substance through the joints. Testing on the substance shows that it is a mixture of blood, sweat, tears, cartilage, and [DATA EXPUNGED]. Samples show that the owner of the blood was ████ █████████. When left alone SCP-XXXX has been reported to whisper to its self.

Discovery: SCP-XXXX was discovered in ███,█████ Dakota, █/██/19██, SCP-XXXX was found in a barn1, with all surrounding livestock missing most of their [DATA EXPUNGED]. SCP-XXXX was captured without incident.

Interviewer: Dr. ████ Yards.

Dr. Yards: Hello SCP-XXXX.
SCP-XXXX: Good evening.
Dr. Yards: I'm here to ask you a couple questions regarding your state of mind and body.
SCP-XXXX: Sounds good. A whisper from behind SCP-XXXX: Whats going on?
Dr. Yards: I'll do the questioning, if you don't mind.
SCP-XXXX: That wasn't a question. At this point it has been observed by Dr. Yards that there is a second face on the back of SCP-XXXX's head, they will be named SCP-XXXX-B. SCP-XXXX-B: I think hes talking to me.
Dr. Yards: Ok, so, What was the latest thing you could remember?
SCP-XXXX: It… It was… A light, and a cold metal table, a operating table I think, there was restraints holding me down to the table, I can see a man, sewing into my arm.
SCP-XXXX-B: I can't recall.
Dr. Yards: Finishing notes Alright, is there any discernible features about this man?
SCP-XXXX: He was wearing a doctors mask and glasses, so I can't tell.
Dr. Yards: Alright, good, thank you SCP-XXXX.
