Item #: SCP-70091

Object Class: Euclid

Special Containment Procedures: Cannot be kept contained, they will disappear and reappear around the facility and when asked they will return to their containment for a while.

Description: Honglu or SCP-70091 is humanoid it's appearance is normally male but changes - the only feature that stays the same is 70091's light-blue irises and bright orange pupils. However they cannot seemed to be contained at the moment. They do not attempt to the the facility. Little is known about 70091, some test subjects have been sent into a room with him and from observation nothing seems to happen until the tests leave.

When the test subject leaves 70091's eyes glow a light-blue and the test subject a long with Honglu disappears. It is not know how or why or where 70091 is taking them but they are returned within seconds.

Test subjects seem fine when examined and not harmed in anyway. Unfortunately they cannot remember where 70091 took them to. However subjects sometimes say when quizzed that "Honglu knows what is best for us, everyone of ourselves" - they have not memory of saying this after.

Addendum: 70091 is much a mystery of what he is or what he can do. The only effect of 70091
seems to be from staring at 'him' for too long in the eyes (25 minutes). Doing this would make you dizzy and pass out, after 7 days from this you would have a panic attack.

People who had this side-effect claimed to see another life of them self - they recover fine after 16 minutes.

Tests are ongoing.
