Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be guarded by at least one (1) two (2) armed personnel at the central door heading to the maintenance tunnel. The entrance more profound within the maintenance tunnel should perpetually be locked and compulsorily jammed shut to block any intrusion into SCP-XXXX's containment area. It is not currently known if SCP-XXXX has any kind of differentiating abilities or withholds the capability of mutilating with powerful physical strength should it be approached within a reasonable distance.
SCP-XXXX cannot, to most recent understandings, be relocated from its current position. Due to this, the ███ ████████ High School is to be momentarily sealed off from unrestricted public examination and admission. The grounds of where SCP-XXXX currently resides have also been claimed and promptly placed under the administration and authority of the SCP Foundation. This is to dismiss any chance of possible threatening destruction to the development and progression of the human encephalon.
Description: SCP-XXXX is a humanoid looking entity of which has been strenuously and inexorably attached to a series of lockers within ███ ████████ High School. The flesh of SCP-XXXX has been fused to and within the lockers, permanently anchoring it into place. SCP-XXXX has been identified to psychologically manipulate and reconstruct a person's thoughts, feelings and memories indefinitely upon being observed by the unconcealed eye of a sentient creature. It is assumed that the argumentation behind such negativity and suffering is due to SCP-XXXX's history within the high school. Nevertheless, this is anonymous considering the school was forcibly terminated on ██/██/████ due to copious predicaments of which threatened the behavioural standing of those studying within the territories of the high school.
SCP-XXXX-1, formerly known as Jane Roamer, soon suffered substantial loss to her facial features. The photo was captured 3 hours after eye contact with SCP-XXXX.
Should the incident occur where a sentient being perceives SCP-XXXX, it shall promptly induce a state of discomfort and reduced visibility on that of which surveyed its eyes. In this instance, the observer now becomes classified as SCP-XXXX-1 and will proceed to inherit diverse peculiarities of which SCP-XXXX already processes.
SCP-XXXX-1 will abruptly collapse or gradually lose their stability and start to think intensely about their memories. Reminiscences of great sorrow, limitless happiness and their most heartfelt regrets. SCP-XXXX is next granted admittance to SCP-XXXX-1's subconscious and insights, enabling it to modify, negatively, the prevailing principles operating through SCP-XXXX-1's head.
After mere hours of eye connection with SCP-XXXX, SCP-XXXX-1 will begin to gradually lose basic abilities and needs such as the demand for food and water and the ability of coherent, comprehensive speech. Facial features too will start to waste and deteriorate away, leaving a black, tar-like finish to the skin/fur of SCP-XXXX-1, a main aspect of SCP-XXXX.
Once this stage has been reached, SCP-XXXX-1 must either be eliminated or contained within a separate room from SCP-XXXX. It is not understood whether they will attempt to communicate or repopulate in an unusual way.
SCP-XXXX-2 is the timely developed and mutated body of (See Addendum Log 2)
Addendum:
Addendum XXXX Log One (1): SCP-XXXX has posed some tension and feels of an urge to gaze at its ghostly eyes within the obscurity of the maintenance tunnel. Agent Glen was dismissed from guard duties and was substituted swiftly by Agent Carrick. This action was established due to a plan for collecting Agent Glen's views about being arranged under the responsibility and burden of shielding SCP-XXXX from the outdoor environment.
Addendum XXXX Log Two (2): SCP-XXXX fails to manipulate a sentient being through digital photographs and imagery. You must view it personally with your own two eyes in order for it to have an effect on you.
