Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be kept in a 6m x 6m standard containment room resembling a World War 2 Soviet Cruiser's crew quarters.SCP-XXXX is to be monitored with at least 4 bullet-proof cameras, and at least one laser-motion-detector. SCP-XXXX is not to be disturbed at any time except 0600 hours and 2200 hours for Roll call. Roll Call is to have the Seamen ████, ████ ████ and ████. SCP-XXXX is to have two bunk beds with thin mattresses and at least one form of leisure in its room. At random intervals, Two Class-D Personnel and to enter the objects room and claim they are High-Ranking Soviet Admirals. The Class-D Personnel are to Inspect the room for any sign of Bullet damage in the walls, floor or items in the room. Should they come across any damage in the walls, it should be reported to the Room's two-armed Guards. SCP-XXXX is to be guarded by no less than two armed personnel at all times. XXXX should not be approached in any threating manner as it will most likely shoot on sight.
Description: SCP-XXXX is a Fully-functioning Bulgarian AK-74 Rifle barrel that is not connected to any other functioning part of the AK-74. XXXX measures 415 mm (16.3 in) long and has 4 finger grooves at 200mm. XXXX does not have the gas-cooling chamber on top of the firing barrel and seems to operate without it overheating. The barrel fires the standard round for the AK-74, the 5.45×39mm but has been spotted ejecting 7.62x5.51mm cartridges from a slit in the barrel where the normal cartridge-ejector would be. XXXX will change the number of scratches on the barrel depending on the way that the viewer has approached it. If approached in an aggressive manner, XXXX can have as many as 37 to 40 scratches on it, but if approached in a happy, cheerful or playful way, it will appear to be brand new.
SCP XXX was found on ███/███/████ in the ███████ Archipelago of north-eastern Russia by the Border Service of the Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation (Russian Border Guards). SCP XXXX was thought to be a local hunter firing at them as they patrolled the Southern corner of ███████ island. SCP XXX was then approached approximately 3 days later by Local hunters after being requested by the Government to capture it. The locals brought back XXXX to the original group of border guards that had been fired upon when SCP XXXX fired on the troops and camp that they were in at that time resulting in [DATA EXPUNGED]. Local MTF Iota-10 agents embedded in the border force recalled the object to Site 24 in the ███████ Mountain range.As long as SCP-XXXX is not disturbed at any time in an aggressive manner, SCP-XXXX should be classified as Safe.
Addendum: As of ███/███/2014, SCP-XXXX should be reclassified as Euclid. SCP-XXXX appears to be agitated by any Foundation personnel and will fire upon those who enter its cell, even if they do not wear a uniform. I recommend we upgrade this things cell, we can't even get into its room without a bulletproof shield. Dr Rosomakha.
