Special Containment Procedures: SCP-4327 is to be kept in a Storage Vault at Site-73. Any Level 2 personnel or higher may submit a formal request to gain access and operate 4327. SCP-4327 must not be allowed to be removed from the room in which its Storage Vault resides unless permission from an 05 has been given. At least one guard must accompany any researcher when entering 4327's Storage Room and must remain with them until end of testing. Anyone found not following protocol will be forcibly removed from 4327's location, questioned, and reprimanded.
Description: Item's current appearance resembles that of a Plantronics Savi W720 headset Bose QuietComfort 35 II headphones. When a subject puts on SCP-4327 they will begin to hear any sounds around the first thing, person, or place they think about as if they where in their place. Reason of this anomalous condition has yet to be identified. Additionally if the target is sentient after a certain amount of time the subject will begin to feel like someone is listening. Amount of time before this side effect varies depending on target's intelligence or any type of telepathic, mind-altering, or reality bending abilities.
Warning: Due to possible unforeseen side effects. See document 4327-A:105. Any test involving an SCP with an auditory or acoustic related anomalous effect should be conducted by a Class D Personnel and must have prior authorization by an O5 Council Member.
Appendix 1: Circumstances of Acquisition: Foundation's attention was aimed towards SCP-4327 on ██/██/13 after a website was started under the URL www.thetruth.com which contained sensitive data relating to events occurring at site-██. While at first considered a leak within The Foundation it was soon considered an anomalous effect after researcher ██████ found a conversation which she had with herself in an empty room transcribed on the website. The website's IP was traced back to an address approximately ██ miles away from site-██. Field Agent ██████ was sent to investigate the location but once he approached the house he began to smell a foul odor. Inside he found a body hanging with a note stating "I am no-one's prisoner" the body belonged to a Caucasian male who was later identified as ████ █████. Inside the room all that was found was a computer, piles of junk food, a bed, and SCP-4327 which at the time looked like a Plantronics Savi W720 headset. SCP-4327's anomalous affect was discovered after Researcher ████ tried to analyse audio files on the computer inside the room but instead began to hear a conversation happening at the break room between two fellow researchers.

Appendix 2: The website containing all information relating to Site-██ was taken down and later disguised under the ruse of a re-launching of an anti-tobacco campaign from the early 2000's
Additional Notes: requirements for tests involving SCP-4327 must be authorized by one (1) level 4 personnel and must have the supervision of at least one (1) Level 3 personnel if they themselves are not one. All test must be recorded on file #4327 Experiment Log 4327. Any test involving non-human or anomalous subjects must have prior clearance from 05 Command. Any tests used to acquired information on the foundation will need to detainment and possible termination.
