Special Containment Procedures:
SCP-5189 is to be contained in a 5 x 5 m Containment Unit. SCP-5189‘s Containment Unit is to have one large window made of unbreakable materials. SCP-5189 is to be contained at Site ██. Security cameras will be placed and maintained above the door and window.
SCP-5189 is to be fed dry dog food two times daily. He is to get regular exercise and toys to keep him entertained. SCP-5189 must always have sight of at least one personnel member. If there is not a personnel member in his site; he will begin destroying everything in his site and try escaping his Containment Unit.
Following Incident 5189-11 all windows must be made of unbreakable materials. SCP-5189 is to be kept away from all other windows. If containment is breeched, SCP-5189 will escape the building. SCP-5189 will destroy anyone and anything in his path. A personnel group will be sent to contain him.
Following Incident 5189-22 no personnel is to touch SCP-5189 without proper procedures taken.
Experimentation involving SCP-5189 has been suspended indefinitely.
Description:
SCP-5189 is a large, male canine (1 meter at the shoulder) with fawn fur. He has a blue eye on the right and brown on the left. Any time an individual makes skin contact with the right side of SCP-5189 the subject will immediately turn to ice. When skin contact is make with the left side of SCP-5189 the subject will be set on fire then turned to ash. Attempts to put out the flames were futile. All subjects who made skin contact with SCP-5189 died instantly.
Addendum 5189-001
SCP-5189 broke containment on ██/██/████ by killing personnel and escaping through the open door of his Containment Unit (Incident 5189-22).

SCP-5189 has been responsible for the deaths of ███ personnel and ██ civilians since it was first brought into containment on 09/23/██19.
